We thoroughly enjoyed this experience. Carmen and Chiara gave us a really good history of the area and about truffles, truffle hunting and all things truffle! The walk on the hunt was not too Lon, not too short, about an hour and again lots of information on how dogs are trained to find these truffles. The cooking experience with Cristian was amazing and we loved it as it was very hands on. Lots of different types of pasta and then eating it all afterwards was great. Thank you we would highly recommend this course along with a stay in Mugello.

This was a very enjoyable experience, from the truffle hunting to the cooking class to the luncheon. We walked in the Tuscan forest with the truffle hunter and his dog. Ample truffles were found to use in our pasta recipes. It was fun, relaxing and beautiful to experience that environment. Thank you, Paulo, for teaching us about truffles and for providing translation when necessary.
The cooking class was conducted by Simone, a professional chef, and was done very well. We made three types of pasta and learned how to properly cook the dishes.
There were 5 people in our group. We sat down to a very lovely and lively lunch consisting of our creations plus more. I feel that the cost of this experience was very reasonable considering all that was provided.
My son and I spent two nights at the Agriturismo Corzano, the farm where the experience took place. We found it charming and very comfortable. Breakfast is included in the lodging price but dinner is not provided at this location. Laura, the owner, made us feel at home and made sure we had everything we needed.

Funny truffle farmhouse. We learned to make gnocchi, ravioli and pasta. Abundant food. Excellent service and very good communication. We highly recommend the experience.

This was the highlight of my 2 weeks in Tuscany. Carmen and Paolo were so welcoming and responsive to messages regarding the logistics of getting to the farm. The truffle hunting with the hunter and dog, Gina was great fun and Gina found us about 7 truffles to use later. The chef was patient teaching us pasta making tricks and then she cooked it all up for a fabulous feast. Leave plenty of room for the food and optional wine! A wonderful experience!

Paolo was great from day one when I started asking questions almost a year before booking. He made it very easy to book and also figure out where best to stay and how to get around once in Florence.
The tour and cooking class themselves were brilliant. Gio was a great truffle hunter and Achilles sniffed out the truffles so easily.
The cooking class with Cristian was really great too and helpful. He had a bunch of great tips that we took home with us.
I would do this tour again in a heartbeat and choose another tour. We will be coming back

It has been an amazing experience! Cristian made us feel at home! The attention from when we planned it to the day of the experience was outstanding.
Super interesting truffle hunting, with Bruno being cute! Excellent cooking class!!! L kitchen is beautiful and the classes very good!!!! We couldn't be happier!

Carmen, Laura, Johnny & Aquiles made us all feel welcomed.
Agriturismo Corzano is beautiful. From the gardens outside to the cozy interiors, you feel at home.
The truffle hunting was one of the most wonderful experiences ever. Seeing Aquiles at work, under the commando of Johnny was really exciting.
Chef Cristian is a great teacher. Taught us all to make pasta from scratch. Eating it with the truffles was delicious. And the meat at the end, WOW !tender and flavorful.
If you’re coming to Florence, add a day to your itinerary and book a truffle hunting|pasta making with Mugello & Tuscany. You’ll be glad you did !

What is the magic word? No, not that, its truffles! We made our way north from Florence to the beautiful Mugello Valley in our little Fiat for a day of truffle hunting and pasta making. The star of the show was lago, a 10 year old truffle tracking rockstar who led us through the woods around villa Corzano to find 12 truffles. We wrapped up the hunt with a pasta class where we made 3 different truffle pastas; gnocchi, ravioli, and tortelli. Making pasta is fun, easy, and it is super tasty. Our hosts were wonderful, and we learned a lot about truffles and the business of truffle hunting. This was also my first go at hand-made pasta. I may never buy a box of dry pasta again. Such a good time.

Would recommend 100%. They provided a car service from the train station that took us straight to the village. The view was amazing, the truffle hunter & the dog were great! The cooking class was phenomenal, we made pasta and used the truffles we found on the pasta.
