This is an amazing class! We were walked through the process of the dishes with such detail and patience - friendly for all ages and experience levels! Would highly recommend!! The staff even take photos and videos for you throughout and send them all to you immediately at the end!

Such a fun cooking class for our family! Dumplings, chicken soup and Boba were all fantastic. Kitchen was very clean. Loved getting the recipes and all of the pictures they took of us at the end of class.

Class is well organized and easy to follow. The staff are friendly and patient. They let you take your time to cut your vegetables and practice wrapping your dumplings. The owner Vivian gave me great tips on wrapping technique and how to simmer the ginger in sesame oil to make delicious chicken soup. And best of all, you get to eat a yummy multi-course meal that you just cooked and finish with a boba tea drink! I was so full after class that I didn’t need dinner. Fantastic and fun class to learn Taiwanese cooking!

Clear and patient instructor, clean and highly organized setting, delicious dishes! I have a greater appreciation for Taiwanese cuisine after this class. Highly recommend!

We had a great time! Our teacher was knowledgeable, funny, and engaging. The recipes were also authentic and delicious. We definitely recommend this even if you have just a few days in Taipei.

They contacted us a couple of days before and asked us to move to a different date. We were unable to do that so we had to cancel. Disappointed.

I participated in a cooking class during my trip to Taiwan because I wanted to learn how to make Xiaolongbao and tapioca milk tea. The teacher's instructions were easy to understand and very kind, and the time flew by. Of course, the Xiaolongbao made from scratch were delicious, and the tapioca, boiled in hot water and seasoned with brown sugar, was even more delicious than the ones you can get at a restaurant. I would like to take a different class next time I come to Taiwan. Thank you teacher.

The teacher was kind and easy to understand, so I was able to make delicious Xiaolongbao for the first time. The studio was clean, and I had no problems thanks to the teacher's fluent Japanese.
