Ghazi Ali was an amazing guide! We were picked up & dropped off right outside of our hotel and explored around Mt. Fuji, fujikawako, took a cruise on the lake, and more. It was a pleasant, personalized, and stress-free experience. He spoke perfect English and explained the background/history of the sites. Would 110% recommend to anyone.

Ryu did an excellent job of making sure our itinerary accomplished what we wanted to see. He was extremely attentive, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. We had a great day seeing Mt Fuji from several different vantage points, a high speed boat tour on the lake (which was a lot of fun), visited a. Samarai village, a fantastic botanical garden (with the best ever ice cream). Ryu shares information about the culture, history, and geography.

This was an amazing trip. Our guide Harris went above and beyond. He suggested additional venues after the weather was overcast to ensure our time was well spent. Assisted in purchasing souvenirs. Great English speaker. Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.

Yasir and Tanzila were the prefect hosts. They picked our group up directly from our hotel and to took us to some beautiful spots around Mt Fuji. It was such a relaxing day, a nice break from the electric energy of Tokyo.
They spoke perfect english so you don't need to worry about any difficulty communicating and they also gave us some local tips on places to eat and fun things to do with our kids.
They recommended a fantastic Udon restaurant for lunch, the food was delicious! We also did a jet boat ride, a BIG favourite for the kids.
The weather wasn't great on the day we booked but it didn't matter everything was so beautiful and I think the weather kept the crowds away so it was a nice break from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo.
I think this trip was great value for money. I highly recommend this day trip to Mt Fuji.

Had an amazing day with Zia. He made sure we were taken to the best spots. He went over and above to make the experience great for us and catered to our unique needs. He was never in a hurry and even took a few extra hours to show us around. Highly recommend Zia.

Tour took us to the most commonly visited areas around Lake Kawaguchi with Mt Fuji views. Avoided the ques for public transport. Our driver Mukarram took us to a great Indian restaurant for lunch.

Ryu contacted me the night before to discuss sightseeing & lunch options for the next day. He picked us up from our AirBnB in Tokyo. It was a very relaxing day and we were lucky to have a clear sunny day to see Mt Fuji and enjoy the lovely surrounds. Ryu was very informative and friendly. I would definitively recommend this day trip.

What a blast!!! This trip was excellent, Mt Fuji, Temples, boating, traditional Japanese dining and much much more. Our tour guide Mukarram who is also the driver was full of information and knows the locals along the stops so parking or restaurant tables were never a problem. We had plenty of time to explore at each stop and Mukarram pointed out a lot of local delicacies which was much appreciated.....oh and the singing high was interesting so ask to be taken there.

So if you’re headed to Japan, this is a must do. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip. Pick up and drop off is easy and flexible. The tour of the tour of the town is amazing. The views of Mt. Fuji, also amazing. Definitely do the boat ride on the lake. Getting out to the country side and the suburbs is like a breath of fresh air after being in Tokyo. And if you do this, request Mukarram as your guide!! He was the absolute best. Trust his understanding of the local people, the history, the things to do and taste and stick to his time table because he’ll move you along and you’ll be able to see so much and truly enjoy yourself. 1000% worth every penny!!

Yes! At lease with our driver (Haseeb).
He was very happy to pick us up at our hotel and drop us off at Kyoto Tower. The dropoff was closer than our hotel so that actually allowed us time to slip in one more (quick) stop.... an unusual one not on any of the tour agendas.
Haseeb also had no problem with us substituting "Ice Caves" for the second village. The overall feeling he gave us was that he was there for us, and was happy to customize the trip to our liking (as long as the trip ultimately ends at the right time). Hope that helps!
Hi! Can the Commuter Van (for 13persons) accommodate 11 adults and 3 children (ages 2, 7, and 11)?

When we went we were picked up in an Alphard, which can normally only comfortably seat seven (7) people. But, I'm sure if you tell them your numbers and breakdown they will probably have a suitable vehicle.

Hi, my husband and I are coming to Japan in April. Is it possible to arrive from Tokyo in the morning and do a Mt Fuji/Owakudani and surrounds tour, then sleep over and do the Snow Monkey Park and Cherry blossoms the next day? Where would be the easiest to spend the night?

Sorry I don't know, Mt fuji is popular I would book a room early.
Are all 8 stops listed on the itinerary included? Or do we have to pick some of them from the list?

We only had time to visit 5 places on the day. We also liked to take our time to enjoy the places visited so didn’t rush from one place to another. If you want to do all 8 places, you should start early, plan your schedule with driver and be strict with your planned time one place 🙂 Hope this helps!
