Berta was a great guide.
Two small complaints
1. It was not easy to find the meeting place. Clearer directions or a raised pennant would have helped.

We loved the Food, Wine and History Tour. Mia did a great job of sharing the history of the old city of Barcelona. The tapas and wine were excellent. One of the people in our party could not eat gluten. All the tapas restaurants were happy to accommodate and supply gluten free options.
I would recommend this tour to everyone. Do it early in your visit to Barcelona to get a feel for the city.

Berta was a very informative guide, lots of personality and fun. The history was well presented and she gave very good suggestions for the remainder of our time in Barcelona. This was one of many food tours we have taken and the restaurants were very accommodating to special dietary needs, the food was average.

Our tour guide, Maraya and trainee(Joaquin) were great. Start time was perfect, group size was great(6 in our group likely due to our time of year, 3/20/23) Maraya was well versed in her history, gastronomy and very entertaining. She blended well with our group compose dof US/Brit nationals. Her stories relating the French influence on Spanish culture were fantastic. The tour was definitely better than expected. Take the tour if you are open to trying new dishes/food and add some history while you are at it. You will taste a couple of wines but the tour is mainly food tasting so come with those expectations. It took 3 hours, we toured the gothic district and ended in the gothic district.

Best food tour EVER!!
Pau was such an amazing guide. He was friendly, caring, knowledgeable, patient, and tended to everyone’s needs.
The walk through Gothic square was the highlight of my trip so far… we even got to see a St. Joseph festival/parade.
I almost didn’t book this because I thought the fee was a little steep (compared to a recent food tour I did)… but this was worth every penny. I was full, had fun (shared a lot of laughs with the group) & happy with this tour.

My girlfriend and I had a lovely time in this tour. We started off at La Boqueria and explored all around the Gothic Quarter and Born. Our tour guide Feliciano was both charming and knowledgeable, and all the spots he took us to were excellent. He made sure we went to places that had authentic Spanish and Catalan food that were targeting locals. At the end of the tour, we left feeling more knowledgeable and full :) cannot recommend them enough!

The experience was great as a starting point to explore and learn Barcelona city. Our tour guide, Natalie, was very knowledgeable of the city. We were introduced to different food and drink experiences that are custom to Barcelona and got to learn some of the historic sites and different parts of Barcelona city, which helped us explore the city on our own for the next 3 days while we were there. It was a nice group size as well (not too big and crowded). If you just got to Barcelona and have nothing planned, I would recommend this experience to start with (especially the 11am tour), so you could learn the different spots to go to while in Barcelona.
