Booked these airport transfers for clients travelling to Lisbon. For 8 adults we booked 2 vans, roundtrip.
Upon arrival, only one van was dispatched and no-one had any idea what they were talking about when they asked where their second van was.
The return transfer to the airport didnt show up at all. Called both their regular line, and their 'emergency' line and got no answer. No response to emails.
Absolutely do not recommend. Look elsewhere.

Our driver was there waiting for us on both pick up and our return trip. The car was a nice Tesla, and the ride was seamless. Would definitely use them again.

I booked a transfer with Swingo from the Lisbon airport to my hotel on Sep 29. I received a text in advance from Swingo giving me my driver's name and phone #. When I arrived on time at the airport, I went to the designated meeting point, but couldn't find the driver, so I called the driver's phone and left a message. Swingo had changed drivers without notifying me, so the new driver didn't get my call. The new driver showed up after a few minutes wearing a tee shirt. Didn't expect a coat and tie but feel he should've been better dressed for a private car. Then the driver couldn't find my hotel - he was using a phone GPS and it was obvious he didn't know Lisbon. I could tell we were close according to the GPS on my phone and was tired of going around the block, so I asked him to let me off. We were 1/2 block away from my hotel. I feel I could've had a better experience with a taxi or Uber at a much lower cost.

Actually, the driver never showed up. We had an overnight flight from the US, and arrived after 5:30 am. The driver never showed and the local contact had no after hours number and did not open until 8 am. We finally ended up taking a taxi at 8:30 when our driver was not reachable. I hope nothing happened to the driver... but plan if you book something outside of business hours, you need to get an emergency number, just in case.

We experienced a brilliant pickup from the airport to our accommodation so decided to book Avenidas again to take us back to the airport. Very happy with that decision, the friendly driver turned up right in time and the ride went smoothly, delivering us to the airport hassle free. Highly recommend.

We spent half a day in Tavira- had a rental car. A delightful town great restaurants. It is a 2-21/2 hour drive so a transfer will probably be too expensive. Consider renting car because driving is very easy on the highways in Portugal.

If it’s in the same geographical location I would assume not. If your in the same general facility which is Lisbon, it should be the same price. It should not matter on what hotel it is
