Dear guest, thank you for taking the time to write a feedback for us. Regarding the tour, it is an exclusive tour, since it takes place after the official closing time of the palace. It is possible for another group to be inside, but always with 15 minutes difference times so that they do not meet. The dinner takes place in two restaurants, both are the most traditional and famous restaurants near the palace, and are 3-course menus with 100% Austrian products and meats of the best quality. We are sorry to hear that you did not like it. The concert takes place in the Schoenbrunn Orangery, it is not inside the palace, but we do not promote the concert that way either. The Orangery is the former concert hall where Mozart used to play in musical duels, so it is a place of even more musical importance and additionally a beautiful area. We would love to know what day you visited the concert and what restaurant you went to, so we can check what could have gone wrong with the dinner and tour. Thanks to your comments we have decided to implement audio guides in 16 languages, to facilitate the visit to the museum and that there are no problems with the internet connection. Starting in April, this will no longer be a problem. We are very sorry this has been an inconvenience for you. On the other hand, visits to the museum last 45 min. Our guests can stay in the museum for all that time, which is the time recommended by the palace and adjusted to the audio guides. It was not necessary for you to hurry, since the guests do not go with a guide, but we are very sorry if you felt that you had to do it in less time. It is true that the Souvenir shop is already closed, but usually this is not a problem, since guests do prefer to visit the palace after the opening hours, to be alone in the palace and avoid queuing. Dinner is offered in a well-known restaurant in Vienna, with 100% Austrian meat of excellent quality and a very traditional menu. We regret that it was not to your liking. Our dinners are served in two of the best known restaurants in Vienna and the menu is very traditional with Austrian meat of excellent quality.
