The guide Maria was excellent. Very, very knowledgeable. The way she took us thru the Palace was very well organized. She was also firm but did it in a friendly way. The contents of the tour was good also.

Schobrunn palace tour was excellent!! Our guide Ally had vast knowledge of the Habsburg empire and also the palace. She communicated this knowledge in a lively, informative and entertaining manner which made the whole tour very enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this tour.

Our tour guide Michael was fantastic - very knowledgeable and full of fun facts. His presentation was humorous and theatrical at times. Didn't feel like a history class at all. Highly recommended!

Great way to learn about Schonnbrunn with our college age girls. Informative without getting too long. Lisa provided interesting information and was careful to make sure everyone in the group was well taken care of. And bonus because they gardens were a great place for the girls to take Instagram pics!

The guide Lisa was informative but light hearted. Not too much information. She included everyone and made sure we were all OK. I loved the palace rooms and the garden.

The tour guide was disorganized and not knowledgeable or interesting in her presentation. We we’re originally in a different group and got put into her group regrettably because we later saw his group and heard him telling a story and he was very engaging and hadn’t lost half of his group from disinterest which occurred with our guide.

Schonbrunn was a beautiful experience. While the weather was unfortunately and unseasonably cold and rainy, our guide was determined to speak clearly as we remained steady in the time-sensitive walking experience. Other than exploring the gardens on our own, I couldn’t imagine taking in the sights and knowledge of the Imperial palace’s physical structure without the assistance of a guide like ours.

Michael was a great guide. Incredibly enthusiastic and educated. I loved his storytelling and general excitement about all things Schonbrunn. Only thing I’d say is, I wish we got to see more of inside the palace. I feel you could spend the whole day there.

Yes it does but not to the zoo. Grounds are large so allow plenty of time to visit.

It ended at about 5, and you can grab a taxi which took only 10 minutes to get back into downtown Vienna.

Is not so clear . It depends of the day and the time table with specific tours, according the available ''free'' place to participate ! You can try to choose from what would be available that is ok for you.

Hello from Cyprus
It was a special price for my family( 4). If the persons was less the price may be was higher ( 128 Euro) There is a possibility to get discount price but you must look around the e-tickets for SPECIAL HOURS ONLY !!! I saw this possibility but was a narrow way to choose that strange hours.
