Kevin was a brilliant guide for the trip. He knew the short cuts and best places to go. He made sure we were always on time and ahead of the larger coaches so saving queuing. He knew the best places to see the penguin chicks and highlighted toilet stops along the way.

Perfect day. We have enough time to see the wallabies, wombats and koalas. Kevin was explaining a lot of interesting things and he was very nice. The penguins parade was amazing. 100% worthy.

Our tour was one to remember. Kevin; our quick witted guide, was a joy to spend the day with and seemed to be incredibly knowledgeable when it came to the animals and surrounding city/landscapes. While this tour is a full day, it happens to be a full days worth of fun. Would 100% recommend to anyone who is in the Melbourne area. If you are lucky, you may even get Kevin’s as a guide as well.

Fred our tour guide was great. He's very professional & resourceful. He knew all about the Penguins which helped us all seniors from USA a group of 8. He went above & beyond to keep us occupied. He stopped on the return to show us the Southern Cross in the sky.

Terrible service! Terms and condition not stated clearly. Total disappointment for our child below 2 year old. Paid almost SGD 400 but merchant refuse to communicate and just rejected any form of communication! Low income earner here totally no sympathy!!!

We had such an amazing day seeing the Little Penguins on Philip Island! After leaving Melbourne around 1pm, we stopped at an animal sanctuary about halfway to the island where we saw a nice variety of native animals. Then we arrived at Philip Island for the penguins. We had the Penguin Plus package- which is a must do. We were able to see the penguins in a much smaller crowd and be a lot closer to them than the general admission tickets. The penguins are adorable! Every night about 1,500 swim back on shore after fishing in the ocean for a few weeks. It’s truly a spectacular sight to see.
Our tour guide, Kevin was wonderful and a wealth of information throughout our entire trip. He really went above and beyond to make sure that the day was special. He took the time to point out things along the way along with telling us information about the penguins. He could tell that the day we went was really busy so he told us to get a seat as soon as possible instead of grabbing food at the visitor center. We are so glad we listened. Since most of us didn’t have time to eat he took the time to stop for food on the way back, which was much appreciated. He was amazing and we would definitely do the tour with him again. Thank you so much for a wonderful day!!

I went into this experience having no idea what I signed up for (thanks friends for booking). It exceeded my expectations. Kevin was a great guide. He shared his local knowledge about Melbourne, and sport (even if he goes for Collingwood) as we passed through the sporting precinct and further down the drive. The drive there was nicely broken up by interesting stops with fun facts shared at all.
The penguins at Philip Island are incredible, and Kevin shared all his viewing tips to ensure we maximised our experience.

This was a very memorable day trip, our tour guide Sarah is full of experiences. She gave us a lot of details about Moonlight and Philip island. My daughters( 7 years old) likes her so much! Highly recommend trip👍🏻

We absolutely loved the penguins, they were adorable, it was magical watching them coming out of the water at night , Travis our guide was excellent, very friendly and great sense of humour, he showed us almost every animal in sanctuary we have visited on the way to island, well timed trip with good stops on the way to see surfers beach and wallabies in wild ,with beautiful views of the sea , we were in small group of 7 people, very personalised tour. Highly Recommend .

We booked for the penguin plus pass with the tour. On the day we went, two others in the group had ordinary tickets and our guide upgraded them when we got there. My advice is book in advance. It's worth it

Hello - our trip included a stop at Moonlit Sanctuary Conservation Park. There you can feed animals, a very nice animal stop - some up close encounters. I would include this in your trip.
