We got our visa on arrival letter far in advance but it only took couple days. Make sure the details are 100% correct. Just confirming you can get photos for your visa on arrival, if you don’t have time to get. Once you land join the queue for visa application. When you get to the front, tell them you need pictures. They charged me $5. We landed at 9 pm and had no issues.

BC family tour amazes me for their follow up service. First I ask for the Visa Approval Letter and it came in about 3 days. Unfortunately, it was wrong with the entry Airport. I contact them and their staff went out of their way and amended a correct copies and emailed me after 3 days. I like to recommend these people for their dedication and super service. One has to be very careful when visiting a socialist country. All documents has to be right to the last detail. When I applied for my Vietnam Visa Approval Letter it was very simple and easy with TripAdvisor.com.sg. The letter came under 5 working days. However, there is one mistake on the letter. The entry Airport was wrong. I am going to Ho Chi Minh City ( Saigon) Tan Son Nhat International Airport. The letter came back stated I am going to Noi Bai International Airport at Hanoi. When I questioned the travel agency response they just said it’s OK for all Vietnam International Airport. My hotel are booked and travel plans all arranged. I just hope the immigration Department won’t reject my entrance next week. Wish me luck.

I asked for express 2 hour evisa. The staff were always ready to help out even at midnight. I thought my vacation was done for and was about to cancel my trip but they saved it. I got it right after the immigration office opened. There was constant communication and now I am looking forward to their ha long day trip!!!

As I am going to Vietnam in April, I had to get an online visa. After looking at several sites, I saw myvietnamvisa on tripadvisor so I used them. It was very easy and efficient. I made a mistake during the process and I was emailed and asked for clarification. Very professional and customer friendly. Now, I will see how this works when I get to Vietnam!

If you are flying to Vietnam don't spend your hard earned travel dollars on obtaining a Visa before leaving home. I recently traveled to Hanoi and applied for the Visa on-line about two months in advance. Ten bucks and done. Received the authorization letter in plenty of time before my departure. Vietnam has the process down pretty good.
On arrival at Hoi Bai Airpor in Hanoi, the process took about 35 minutes to get the Visa stamp and cost $25( US. curency only). Don't make the mistake of going to the Immigration Line BEFORE you obtain your Visa. They will send you back to the Visa desk. And make sure that if you are leaving the country to Cambodia (for example) and returning to Vietnam, obtain a Multiple Entry Visa, which I think is $50. The whole process is quite easy if you fill out the forms accurately....

I entered all information correctly. I entered "make", they entered "female". When they asked me to review all information, I pointed this mistake out. The reply was "sorry, all sales are final". What a waste of money.

Dear Sir/Madam,
Honestly, we had one client to apply this visa approval letter and mistake "male" or "female". We sent the Visa Approval Letter for clients and they can review. If not correct, we immediately corrected the right and re-sent to the clients few hours when we received information. We haven't said "sorry, all sales are final".
If this review from other guests, I strongly believe that this is not our clients. Maybe they want to write for other company about Visa Approval Services, but when they searched and found only our list.
Please help us to delete this review as soon as possible to avoid misunderstand from potential our customers. We feel very horrible :( We are always willing to assist the clients and would like to bring the best thing to our customers for their memorial trip in Vietnam. That's why we received many good recommendation from other guests.

I used the Visa on Arrival system on my recent return to Vietnam and found it an excellent, uncomplicated and efficient way to obtain the visa immediately when I arrived in Da Nang. The process is simple; avoids you having to deal with the Embassy (in my case, in Australia) which involves send your passport through the mail; and, was much more cost effective.
All one needs to do is follow the instructions provided on the wen site - the usual travel information...passport number, full name, etc, your date of arrival and departure, and pay the fee (it was about AUS$40.00). Send the application off, wait a few days for your confirmation the Visa on Arrival letter has been issued; download the letter, and that's that until you arrive in Vietnam.
On arrival at your entry poiny, join the Visa on Arrival queue, and when the process is completed, you pay (in my case US$25.00) for your Visa ! Too simple, and an excellent way to kick start your adventure.

We will be traveling to Vietnam in June 2020. We still have to apply for our approval visa letter and visa. Our port of entry will be Hanoi airport. We will be traveling to Da Nang by train and fly back to Hanoi. Is that seen as multiple entry or do we just have to apply for a single entry visa?

Hi there, My family and I are travelling to Da Nang next month and need Visa approval letter for all of us total 5. Can I still use this online Trip Advisor application form.
One of the visitor has a Fijian Nationality Passport. Does this fall under Ordinary Nationalities 11?

You can apply for a Visa approval letter at my vietnam visa. The cost was $36.00 for my husband and I. The approval process only took a few days when the letter containing both our names was emailed back. We now have to get 2 passport pictures to submit to the authorities in Vietnam once we arrive. I understand the cost is $25 each in U.S. dollars once we reach Vietnam. I had looked at other sites but this one was mentioned on Trip Advisor and it was easy. I initially did something wrong and they promptly emailed me back. I was very excited about how easy and efficient it was. Now, I will see how everything goes once we arrive in Vietnam. BYW, this calls for 4 x 6cm passport pictures but I understand 2 x 2 is satisfactory.

I forgot to mention... When you arrive at the airport, do not get in the passport / immigration line BEFORE you go to the VISA ON ARRIVAL desk. You must get the visa stamp / approval before going to immigration. When I was there last summer, the visa process goes pretty fast so it does not take to much time.
Cambodia visa can be obtained at the border on arrival or you can do it in advance on there website. I did it in advance and was easy.

We are going to Viet Nam on March 18th, on March 28th we visit Cambodia returning to Viet Nam on the 30th March, we leave Vietnam on the 3rd April for the UK, can anyone advise me as to what visas I require.
