Actually I sent a request for cancellation and fully refund because we get sick amd we couldn't attend the trip .. so please update me with the case

Gary is very knowledgeable. The tour was great. I highly recommend this tour for Hong Kong first-timers. It's a history lesson with a funny, interesting professor. LOL!!!

We had a wonderful tour with Monica.
Monica is knowledgable and clearly enjoys her job.
She took us to many interesting land marks and places we would have missed if we’d not had a guided tour.
We particularly enjoyed the egg tart ( special reference to Chris Patten) and the dim sum lunch.

Amy was fantastic, really knowledgeable, funny and experienced. She gave us a great whistle stop tour of Hong Kong on our 14 hour layover, enough to give us a real feel for the city, despite our jet lag. A really worthwhile tour, thank you!

We really enjoy this tour and especially our tour guide Helen. She is exceptional and insightful. She covered all the areas listed on the itineary and spent extra time at the end to highlight a few more attractions for us to explore.

Tour whichwas advertised as 6 hours only lasted 4.30 minutes. Guide was late arriving at meeting point which was poorly advertised in the instructions. Some guests didnt know which group to join and our guide was quite rude to one lady and told her to shut up and catch up with another group that had just left. A tea stop didnt happen as it was closed on the day. Much of what we saw was free and could have picked up history from on line guides. Contacted company directly after the event for feedback and they failed to respond, hence poor review here

Helen was amazing! The food was delicious and we loved the Hong Kong highlights! I was so grateful that I could get vegetarian dim sum and the traditional HK egg tart and tea were a sweet treat . I loved learning about how families lived together in tiny apartments and seeing the revitalization of the prison and married police headquarters as centers of the arts, entertainment and leisure while they maintained an educational component about the past. The temple was active with people giving offerings.

A very disappointing tour, we had one day to explore Hong Kong and felt it was a waste of our time.
Started 45 mins late as we had to wait for a latecomer, then spent an inordinate amount of time in prison learning about the history of HK police which felt so random - there was no chronological story telling on the history of Hong Kong,
We then spent an hour and a half in a soulless restaurant with terrible food and even worse service - they made us wait 20 minutes to pay. We then spent another 30 minutes in the HK equivalent of Starbucks having a milky tea.
The tram ride was fun but it was something we could have done ourselves. Two people left the tour in frustration at this point,
We then went to Ferry which was a very short ride - learned a bit about the banking history and a small amount of political history which we had to coax out of the guide, and then it finished on time, even though we’d started late.
This is not a 5 star tour. The guide was very sweet and well meaning, but totally out of her depth and not experienced. Don’t waste your time or money. We have been on a few Trip Advisor tours in the past and they’ve all been great, so have plenty to compare it to.
We emailed the operator to express our disappointment and they haven’t bothered to get back in over 36 hours.
