My lady and I are staying at Eden Roc in a couple of months and we both want to go on the tour:) Is pick-up available at Eden Roc? If not, then where is the meeting point to get on the tour?

We offer pickup in the area of South Beach, Downtown, Doral and airport area. In your case, we recommend to go to Bayside Marketplace (401 Biscayne Blvd.) Bayside is the most accesible place and with enough space for parking the whole day if you are driving.

Good Morning trying to book the city bus & boat tour for June but the payment process won’t let me go any further because it’s asking about cruise information, but we’re not cruising we’re just staying in Miami for the weekend and would love to do this excursion if someone help me out that would be greatly appreciated

Hello, I am interested in this City Tour Miami Plus (City Tour + Boat Tour) for Feb 13 (Sartuday), it’s just me celebrating my birthday. I am staying in a private apt in Aventura (Williams Island). Do you offer pick up to this part of the city? If not, where is the meeting point for the Tour landing part? I know the Market Place is the meeting point for the Tour Boat part but where the landing part starts? Thank you.

We don’t offer pick up in the area of Aventura but if you are driving a car you can go to Bayside Marketplace. The meeting point is just at the entrance. If you have any other question, please feel free to contact us.

Hi, so were only spending 15 mins in certain locations? Will that be enough time to explore? And if its only 15 mins, the tour should take less than 8 hrs?

Hi,
This tour is designed to see all the places described in the itinerary. Part of it is panoramic and the other part with stops. Every place is different, some of them can be explored in 15 minutes and some others require more time like Little Havana where we spent 1:30 hrs with time for lunch, and Bayside Marketplace 1:30 hrs for the Boat Tour.

In that case, you can go to Bayside Marketplace (401 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL 33132). There is a parking lot there where you can leave the car. The meeting point is just at the entrance of Bayside, near the Bubba Gump restaurant. Hope this can help.
