During a very short stay in Chablis we walked into the shop in the center of Chablis and had a wonderful tasting experience with a lovely young lady, who was passionate and very knowledgeable. We were treated to some excellent wines.

We booked a tasting experience in this domaine. This has been perfect, most of all because of the fact that we were just two and for the quality of wines tasted and explanations about them.
The guide (Clotilde’s son) let us try about ten different kind of white wine, such as aligotè, petit chablis, premier cru, cremant de bourgogne rose and Irancy, the only red wine of chablis.
During our tasting, he has been absolutely great, accompanying us with a superb explanation of the history and the main characteristics of chablis region and of the wines we tasted. Absolutely recommended!

Heerlijke voor ons, een nieuwe wijn ontdekt, Saint Bris, gemaakt van de Sauvignon druif, in tegenstelling tot de vertrouwde Chardonnay in de Bourgogne.
Echt een aanrader.

Très belle visite et dégustation. Nous avons pu bénéficier d’une visite du domaine et des vignes suivi d’une dégustation de plusieurs vins (blancs, rouges et crémants). Nous avons passé un très bon moment et nous reviendrions avec plaisir.
