One of our favorite excursions away from the cruise ship was the White Pass Train Ride. Spectacular views of Alaska as well as hearing about the history of the Alaskan gold rush. Very interesting and beautiful trip...well worth the money and the time!!

This is a nice reveiw and I wish I could claim it. But we do not offer tours by train. We run small group tours in 11 passenger maximum Ford Transit Vans. We have asked Viator and Trip Advisor to remove this review. I suggest you post this review under the listing for the train journey.

Dale was very knowledgeable and helpful to all of us on the tour. He went the extra mile to show us some wonderful scenery. But watch out, he likes to show you some great scenery and then tricks you by turning around and seeing something even more spectacular. Got some super photos from this tour and highly recommend spending your photo time with Dale.

Dale is tons of fun and he has a great eye. That is what photography is all about, looking carefully at any location you visit and taking the time to find the great shot. That is why our tours move at a slower pace than the average sightseeing tour. We also only offer small group tours so you don't have to fight with others to get the image you are after.

Dale, our awesome guide, catered the tour to what we (the group) were interested in. We all expressed a love of nature and were inspired by the gorgeous scenery, so he made multiple unscheduled (I believe), stops so that we could get our fill of the incredible beauty. Dale also gave us tips on some cool photo tricks with both our Android and iPhones. Super duper fun time!

A highlight of our entire cruise/trip. Our guide, Dale, was exceptional. He was personable, knowledgeable, connected with our group, took us to unique scenic spots, all of them gems. He offered excellent photography tips as well as took pictures with our phones to show us features. (He also took pictures with his professional camera.) The pace was perfect. He started at the most distant destination, the Yukon Suspension Bridge, and then worked back toward Skagway. He made sure to keep things moving, so we maximized how much we could see. Our group dynamics were also tremendous, and the entire experience was more than worthwhile and loads of fun. We got our best photos from the entire cruise on this excursion. Most highly recommended. Dale was a superstar.

Excellent tour. Paul was so insightful and knowledgeable. Truly an excellent guide. We had a great day with blessed great weather. I would highly recommend this tour.

Paul was a wonderful guide who gave us the BEST experience. We loved it ! Thank you! We felt like Paul had all the time in world to share with us. He gave us lots of interesting facts and knowledge of the sites we were seeing Also, stopped into his office to pick up a carseat for our grandson which was very appreciated.

I'm so glad to hear you had a great time with Paul. He is an excellent guide and really cares about quality. He also cares about safety and I'm glad we were able to get you a car seat. For those who are traveling with children, some advance notice is great for us to make sure we can have the carseat in place and not have to delay a tour departure.

Paul, our tour guide, is also a photographer and would point out scenic spots, help out with family photos, even point out which wild berries are edible at one of our stops.

We spend the best day ever with Anna while visiting Skagway in our cruise to Alaska. Not only she showed us the most beautiful places around but also she took many fantastic pictures because she is a great photographer . We have the best memories, Alaska is a paradise. Would recommend Anna as a tour guide/ photographer with all my heart. Thank you ❤️

Wonderful day. Paul was a great driver and tour guide.
Pick up at the ship was on time...return to the ship was early
He will pull the van over at any time if there is something you want to see.
Not a single complaint....just praise.
We have used Shore excursions in Europe previously and they are always dependable.

Hi , we are traveling on Princess Majestic. We would arrive at port on 8/23 if we purchase the tour for the 12:15 you have available. What time do we get back to port? Also, I have a tour beforehand which ends at 10 am . Will I have time to get back and board for your tour?

Our stops vary depending on the weather, the group, and the timing of the tour. We always stop at the Yukon Suspension bridge and make at least one additional stop at the Summit. Sometimes, there is a large crowd at the Welcome to Alaska sign and the group would rather stop at a scenic waterfalls so we don't guarantee any particular stop except the Suspension Bridge.
