Rigo is an amazing tour director! My 2 sisters and I explored Puerto Plata city tour from Amber Cove & Taino Bay. Rigo is extremely knowledgeable of his beautiful island, he touring us around Taino Bay, Rum tour, shopping and local communities. His customer service is great! I will highly recommend my family, friends and clients. Thank you again Rigo!

Excellent guide and attention to the tourist Rigo! My sisters and I really appreciate and enjoy your knowledge and experience about your beautiful island, Puerto Plata area and Amber Cove. Spectacular city tour, souvenir areas and beach areas! I will be recommending mid friends, families and clients because I am also a Travel agent and value your professionalism and customer service. Best tour! Safe and personable, literally felt like family. Our guide took photos, brought us to all the must see spots and then some. Would recommend everyone to use this company and will be using them again in 2025.

We had a blast with our driver and made memories that our family will never forget. The prices were awesome and communication was exceptional. We rented a private tour of the D.R. and our driver, Tìo showed up in a really big luxury van that had seating for eleven people, great AC and WiFi. He took us all over the island, we saw beautiful views, went to a chocolate factory and played with a bunch of adorable squirrel monkeys. The whole team that we met made us feel at home and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We will use them again the next time we go to the Dominican Republic!

Rigo was great! We had a nice time visiting shops in Pluerto Plata. We got A LOT of steps in! Wear your sneakers and pack your sunscreen!

Rigor was amazing from start to finish, from the first moment he was very attentive and helpful, he took spectacular photos worthy of being profiled in all my social networks, his knowledge about Puerto Plata and its amenities really make the experience unique, I would choose it again and again when I return.

Rigo was very helpful with us and knew exactly where and how to take the best pictures. It took us to very nice places and we had good experiences making cigars, tasting chocolates, coffees and also seeing beautiful views

Excellent tour. Mr. Alexandro received us together with his colleague to serve Roberto and they showed us their precious city. Then we were taken to lunch at a typical restaurant and the food was excellent. I recommend Dominican VIP Transfers for all types of transportation.

I was completely impressed with everything about the ATV excursion!! The customer service was top notch and everyone was so personable and helpful. From the ship,the excursion and back to the ship- the tour was exciting,fun, and I was able to see parts of the area that I would not normally see. I would recommend this company and all their tours to anyone!! The price was so reasonable for all the adventures we had!! The vans were new and very comfortable! Thank you all, and I hope to see you for another excursion when I go back!
