This place was chosen by me because all the places I wanted to go were booked solid. I should have stayed home. To tell you all that the COLD food came before our drinks. My mofongo was rock hard and the chicken looked like throw up. I would not feed it to my dog. The music was loud and you would think being Valentine's day, they would put nice romantic music.....i could not hear my friend talk. Wait staff was horrible and would not look up when they would walk near....this was by far, the worst valentine's dinner and service I ever had and i will never go back....I'd rather stay home. About 5 tables walked out because they were tired of waiting for service. Also because they had an outrageously expensive menu for Valentine's day. If i was the owner, i'd fire the manager.....it was embarrasing.
I sent my food back because it was ice cold.....came back the same. What a dissapointment....embarrasing bad!

4 of us stopped in for lunch.
The drink orders were taken fairly soon after we got seated, two of the drinks that were ordered were juice, number 101 on the menu. We received 2 beers (The One brand) this was rectified quickly.
Our food orders were taken when the drinks arrived, they all came at the same time 1½ HOURS AFTER BEING ORDERED.
I had the chicken wrap which was good but it was rolled up with parchment paper in the layers of the wrap, so had to be unrolled to get the paper out, which made it tricky to eat. The fries were good, crispy and hot.
Total bill for 2 with a beer, water, my wrap and a salad, including 18% taxes and 10% tip was RD$950.

Am Sonntag, den 16. Februar haben wir zu viert in diesem Restaurant zu Nacht gegessen. Das Restaurant liegt ausserhalb des Ocean World Adventure Park. Das Restaurant ist sehr schön am Meer gelegen nahe bei einem kleinen Bootshafen. Das Restaurant besteht aus einer grossen Terrasse die Hälfte in dem die Hälfte gedeckt ist. Es wurde Musik gespielt und die dazugehörigen Bilder auf zwei grossen Bildschirmen abgespielt und eine Diskobeleuchtung. Die Bedienung war aufmerksam, die Corona-Biere kalt, das Essen sehr gut und die Preise der Umgebung betreffend normal. Im ganzen war dies ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Werden sicher wiederkommen.

Cool place to try day or night. Great drinks and pool.

Es un lugar acogedor, perfecto para cualquier celebración, tienen las bebidas a precio de colmado, y el area , es tanto para gentes poppy’s , como también wawawa, jejjeje . cuentan con un casino, aya estará, mi hermano, many, animando y presentando, también mi amiga y hermana Amasilis bailarina del show brevísimo. Mi experiencia fue súper. El lugar es bien discreto y muy seguro. Y para que no se lo cuenten el show. Brevísimo. Esta de revista. Uiiiiii , es una película no dejes que te lo cuenten......

El lugar es bonito, son muy puntales con el tema de las actividades, las personas son muy amablesz Desagradable el elevado costo por un casillero, la tienda de recuerdos la cierran antes del horario, en mi caso quería comprar varios detalles para mi familia y eran las 5:50 y la chica no quiso vendernos nada porque ya había cerrado caja 🤷♀️. El tema de las fotos también es elevado y no están actualizados, ya no se usan CD, ni USB, hoy en día son enlaces por web donde uno descarga las fotos y a precios razonables.

I recently had lunch at Ocean World Terrace and was disappointed in the food and service. There were 6 of us for lunch and our food all arrived at different times. I had an appetizer and it was cold. Then when my main course arrived (much later than most at the table) it was also cold. Considering that there were hardly any people in the restaurant, it was difficult to understand why our food came out at different times and was cold.
It was also disappointing that you couldn't order any mixed drinks. Other than ordering beer individually, you could only purchase full bottles of liquor and mix to mix yourself drinks or a bottle of wine. I ended up not getting a drink at all. I would have liked a glass of wine but did not need a whole bottle for myself.
The restaurant overlooks the marina which makes for a nice view. I would note, however, that there is a constant stream of golf carts and other vehicles driving by from a nearby resort to the casino which is right beside Ocean World Terrace which was a distracting annoyance.
There are far better options in Cofresi / Maimon / Puerto Plata if you're looking for a nice place for lunch or dinner.
