Always a pleasure to deal with. Always friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Have been with them since my first visit in 2018. Would not dream of ever using anyone else. We did the city tour in Puerto Plata and had an amazing experience. Always accommodating to our needs. Was driven around in a beautiful new vehicle, was very thankful for the Air Conditioning and drinks that were supplied. I have done every tour imaginable with them and have never been disappointed.

Had a wonderful experience with RVTours. I highly recommend booking with them on your next cruise stop to Amber Cove or Taino Bay. Genuinely kind people are hard to come by and this shows while you are on the tour and your tour guides interact with the locals. People are excited to see them when out and about.
We scheduled the private van tour, the van was clean with A/C. They also provided a cooler with bottled water and my favorite, Brugal and Coke. Overall, truly thankful for having such an amazing experience with Rene. You won’t be disappointed in scheduling with RVTours!!!
Would absolutely schedule with RVTours again, the communication from the moment we booked until after the trip was amazing.

The Puerto Plata City Tour during our cruise stop in Amber Cove was hands-down the best excursion on the island! Renee and Rosie, our amazing guides, made the experience unforgettable with their knowledge and passion.
The new van with great AC kept us comfortable as we explored the city’s highlights, including a chocolate factory, a rum distillery with free rum tastings, and many other incredible stops. We even enjoyed a delicious meal at a local restaurant, a true hidden gem.
Even the pickiest members of our group agreed this tour was the highlight of our cruise. Don’t miss this tour—it’s an unforgettable experience!

This tour company is top tier! Rene is professional, funny, courteous and timely. He was able to pivot and adjust on our private tour to add all kinds of extra fun things. Our trip to Amber Cove wouldn't have been the same without him. I HIGHLY recommend this company for your shore excursion or other tour. You won't want for anything!

Rene is an amazing tour guide, I got in touch with him through WhatsApp to book an excursion. Rene responded within minutes and showed us options on what we would like and can do. He was very accommodating starting from the being. Super efficient & very easy to communicate with.
We did CITY TOUR & ATV after. Let me tell you, this man loves his job that he do it with such passion we felt like we were part of his family. When we did the city tour he showed us around town, showed us where to get affordable local items we did it with no hassle and we had such a good time.
Lastly we did the ATV/ Buggy ride, it was sooo much fun. We seen so many places around, tried the best chocolate cacao as well. We washed off in this beautiful beach after, it was just us no one else was around. They had everything ready for us. It was such an unforgettable experience.
I also asked René last minute to buy a cake so I can surprise my fiancé, he happily help me through all my needs. Bought us a complimentary local beer, sodas, water and a bottle of RUM!!!
He made our DR trip so memorable and want to come back ASAP.
Do yourself a favor and BOOK with RV Private Tours, I promise you, you won’t regret it.

We had a blast , such an amazing experience. Highly recommended, They were promt and professional! We would definitely recommend them. This tour is a bit challenging because of the mountain hike, but not too crazy. Once you on the top, is when the real fun starts, jumping down from charco to charco, is amazing. They provided life jackets so no need to worry if swimming is not your thing. Super safe and fun experience. Will definitely do it again with this company!!!! Very professional and friendly.

This tour was amazing!!! It is definitely a must do when you are in amber cove Puerto plata. We enjoyed how professional were the tour guys and everything went super smooth. The views of the route were breathtaking, and it was super fun discovering new sights that we were not expecting. Thumbs up!!!

Tour was fun. R.V. Private Tours was waiting for me when the cruise ship docked.
Transportation was in a nice comfortable van with good air conditioning.
When returned from tour and had lunch, R.V. Private Tours was waiting to take me back to the ship. Definitely recommend this company. I would use them again.

Rosi and Miguel were the best! Rosi was very knowledgeable of all the Puerto Plata history. He was able to provide us with WHATEVER we needed! We asked him for chicharrones and he took us to the best chicharrón spot. Please book with RV tours because they will make your trip an enjoyable one! Un saludo a Rosi y Miguel de San Cristóbal!

I am interested in the ATV tour, but I have 3 children under the age of 16. Are there any 4 person ATVs that 3 of us can ride on one and 2 on the other? We would prefer our kids not to be with any other people, unless it is the guide. Thank you

Hâte de faire excursion pour découvrir Puerto Plata, téléphérique et ses jardins au dessus montagne, fort et la ville sans oublier fabrique de rhum et de chocolat , c9mbien doit on prévoir pour cette excursion et de préférence le matin ... nous sommes deux et seront à hôtel Sunscape pp début mars 2019, merci de=me répondre

We did the tour with a 4 and 7 year old.
Renee is great he has a new baby so he is a very safe driver.
Because you are doing the tour private if you are staying on a resort there is absolutely no RUSH which is great when young children are involved.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
