這是一個不容錯過的、超級神奇的體驗！ 這個音樂劇的布景、音樂和精彩的舞蹈編排，絕對是超級讓人着迷的。 到了這邊觀賞這個音樂劇，絕對可以帶你回到小時候第一次看《獅子王》影片時的美好時刻... :)

這裏的表演真的非常讓人驚艷，服裝特別好看，設計得十分精美，他們巧妙地把木偶和人結合在一起來飾演動物。舞檯布置非常不錯，表演也很棒，全程利用各種布景和道具使得舞台上的風景從薩凡納變為高山，而且還特別流暢。主角們都是非常有天賦的年輕演員，十分熱情而專業。這場表演充滿了幽默感，而有些表演確實非常精彩，尤其是Rafiki出演的部分，他把這個角色提昇到了一個新的水平。總之，整體演出非常出色，舞台也非常精彩。

也許你會認為這樣評價一部根據迪士尼電影改編的音樂劇有點苛刻，但我就是把它和電影作了比較才這樣說的。這個音樂劇確實非常壯觀，服裝、效果和木偶戲都非常棒，但是歌曲給人感覺很零碎，不能整合為一，有些自引的幽默也會讓這個演出顯得更加僵硬。但即便如此，人也不乏膚淺之處，我完全準備好了欣賞三個小時的精美演出，也許我有點憤世嫉俗，但在開場的時候還是差點哭出了聲。

我預定了男朋友生日這天的這場演出，沒有讓我們失望！演出非常的精彩！甚至在開場式和一個演員表演竹子秀時令我激動的落淚！極力推薦！

本月6號，我和我女兒還有侄子一起欣賞了獅子王音樂劇，演出非常精彩。我推薦每個來倫敦的遊客前來觀賞。演員展現的動物形象非常生動和奇妙。特別棒的演出！

Hi - I've tickets booked for the 7.30 show next week, but the tickets say "suggested arrival time -6.15".
This just seems silly to me and I've other things to be doing than waiting for an hour and a half for the show to start. Does anyone know if this is realistic, are there lengthy security checks or something?
Otherwise I'd plan to show up about 7.10, surely this should be plenty of time to get seated?

We had pre booked tickets, whilst there is a queuing system in place there is a separate queuing system for pre booked tickets in place. Hardly any wait at all to get in. Quite busy inside to get people seated. But no need to rush. Enjoy the show it is superb x

I am only able to book tickets until June 17th. We do not get to London until June 18th. Will they still be performing the lion king throughout the summer? Or is it just to early to get tickets?

Sorry, only Lion King or the theatre will be able to answer that. However, I would anticipate it will continue. I hope they find a stronger cast next time they have a change of cast. The actors I saw were somewhat below par.

It says no under 4. There must be a reason and I suppose its Insurance and Health and Safety.
When we went seated in the stalls, there were about three babes in arms around us. I was surprised., However, the person with a babe in arms seated directly in front of us in the stalls, got up several times to take the baby to feed and change (she said so loudly!) This was very disruptive to everyone around her as it was mid-row and her coming and going required the row to stand to let her pass with the babe and bags. She was oblivious to the disruption she caused to anyone (or didn't care!). Another baby in the stalls also had a crying episode and had to be taken out.
Personally I wouldn't bring a babe in arms.

Is there a live orchestra? I’ve seen a few reviews saying that the orchestra was not playing live and that the singing was also not live at some point in the show?

I was thinking of booking in the stalls, 6th, 7th or 8th row in the centre block.

We parked at Newbury Park train station and then got a tube from there. We’ve left the car there multiple times and never had any problems. But I guess it depends what direction you’re coming from as there might be a nearer station on route from you. We drove from Ipswich so this was the easiest station for us.

I am looking at going to see this with my family. Has anyone experienced the side seats in the Royal circle, (Block of 4 free standing) seats AA1-4 please? I know it states restricted views, just didn't know how restricted these were. Any advise very much appreciated, thanks X

In terms of views it depends where the stage is set. It can be in the round or below the giant organ pipes. In the many times I've been I've never been disappointed by the view.

Hi according to the seating plan the orchestra stalls are at the back (near row z). Can anyone confirm if this is correct as there are some seats available but dont want to be deafened. Someone mentioned the orchestra is near the stage? thanks in advance.
