This outing involves a short walk at Craignure Golf Course. We met the Warden whose name I did not catch. She was a mine of relevant information and her conversational engaging style was excellent. Her powerful telescope was appreciated by the group
We saw an Otter at very close quarters, an adult and a juvenile sea eagle.
Allow about two and half hours for this. At £10 a head, it is probably the best bargain to be had on the Isle of Mull.

We spent about 2 hours here and saw 3 Sea Eagles. Lizzie our guide was really helpful and knowledgeable. The place is a must!

An excellent afternoon, which genuinely would have been great even if we hadn't seen the sea eagles - though it was literally awesome to see them soaring and landing in the trees.
Thank you too for the time spent quietly watching for other wildlife, which I'd always appreciate - but the children loved it too.

We visited Mull Eagle Watch at Craignure Golf Course on the Isle of Mull and had a great afternoon. Our guide was full of information and inspired us all with her passion for local wildlife. We saw the Sea Eagles almost as soon as we left the centre and watched them through the binoculars provided. It was really exiting to see these fabulous birds at close quarters and in their natural habitat and we can’t recommend a visit highly enough!

We had a great afternoon with the RSPB ranger. She was friendly and informative, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. She was great with out 2 girls as well (10 & 8). We had the very good fortune to see the sea eagles almost as soon as we set off which was wonderful. The area is delightful too and we saw many other birds and seals. Recommended.

Many thanks for this review. Caoimhe, (RSPB) is passionate about getting the children involved and as passionate as possible at a young age, you never know they maybe doing our Job in the future! Its always nice when we see the Eagles right at the beginning. It allows you to take in everything else in the area, including our amazing seals!

Even though we didnt see the eagle the knowledge and enthusiasm of our guides made this a great tour. We saw birds we probably wouldn't otherwise have seen and probably wouldn't have identified correctly, red and green sharks and my personal favourite the curled as well as seals. Equipped with eagle spotting knowledge we were able to find as white tailed eagle within half an hour and then saw two golden eagles soaring above Loch Spelve. Lots of useful wildlife info for the rest of our holiday, thank you.

I am glad you had a great tour, even without the Eagle making an appearance. The curlews are amazing, and as a declining species we are very lucky to get such good views of them as well! I am so glad our information helped you to see Eagles in other parts of this amazing Island.

We had the best of mornings with Lizzy and Caoimhe at the Mull Eagle Watch. The walk was spectacular along the sea. The girls were so engaging and we saw the baby eagle. After we had great cake back at the club house. If you are on Mull this is a “must do.”

Had a great visit with my husband and two children (10 and 12). We saw a White Tailed Eagle almost as soon as we arrived! Lizzie (our guide) was a delight, so friendly and informative and great with the kids too! We saw lots of bird life not just eagles and even a short-Tailed field vole. Great value!

Many thanks for this review, I am very glad you had a great visit. We were very lucky on this tour, with sightings of Eagles as well as a Short Tailed Field Vole, I think that's a first! I love enthusing the children about the Eagles as well as nature in general. They are the future after all. :)

Good trip. Although we did not see much of the Eagle Chick, we learned a great deal from the two Girls leading the Tour. They were both very informative and enthusiastic. A great Tour.

Hi Louise, I was the guide this summer and I had lots of children of all ages (including 3 and 5 years) and most were engaged or at least content amusing themselves for the duration of the tour so it is suitable for all ages. You can leave whenever you want to though - some young families would often leave earlier but some happily stayed for the full 2 hours. I was very impressed with the children!
