Decus Italia Scammed me. Took my money are did not show up at the airport for my "Luxury Private Transfer" I had contacted support at Viator who contacts them so takes 2 days to get an answer.
I sent my phone number and flight details and screenshots
This company never showed up at the airport. I called them but no answer. I called Viator direct and they also said driver not picking up the phone.
A week before I have been trying to confirm and no answer either.
They NEVER refunded me.
This is what you call a SCAM.

Dear customer,
I can't trace your reservation, as it appears to us to be Fake.
I would need more details on this. So we can investigate whether you really booked with us and evaluate the refund, which we never refuse to the customer if the inconvenience is caused by us.
It seems to me to be a review that is too biased with the aim of discrediting our work, which we consider professional and transparent on all points of view.
I remain at your disposal for any further clarifications. Curious to know

They cancelled on us the night before pickup. They notified us on WhatsApp instead of through aviator which we used to book. If they had followed Viator procedure then Viator would have found an alternative. So many failures.

We are sorry about your experience. But it doesn't depend on us.
At 10pm the night before we received a cancellation email from Viator, because you had cancelled.
Since the 24-hour cancellation policy had passed, Viator asked us to authorize a full refund, which we immediately authorized.
I find this review of yours unjustified as it is something that you decided and did on your own.
I remain available if you need to clarify anything.

Experience with this company can be explained in the following points:
1. I originally asked for a child and the reservation was payed with that option, but at the day of the service they warn I won’t have the child seat;
2. The service was booked by booking.com and the hour of the arrival to the airport was incorrect. This company told me to cancel the reservation in booking.com to avoid losing money. Booking.com does not refund me because THIS company refused to waive the payment. In the end, this company was able to serve another customer and still received my money without providing any service. Careful with these scams from this company! They will try to convince you
to cancel booking.com

My card declined for my reservation because I got married and got a new card. They did not reach out before cancelling my reservation. The company would not honor the price of when I booked nor did the customer service rep honor my request to speak to a manager. Terrible customer service all around.

Excellent service. Met at the airport arrivals and escorted to our luxury mini van. AC on and water is provided. We soon arrived at our accommodation in Civitavecchia. Our driver spoke excellent English and was polite and accommodating. Hassle-free, would definitely use again.

No call, no show. After waiting 30 mins we had to track them down. They said sorry, get a taxi we had an incident. We will try to refund you soon. It’s

We will be traveling to Rome in July 2023 & I have booked 5 rides to and from the airport - all done via email from Australia. The service has been prompt and efficient. The cost is very reasonable.
