Okay, she's cute, but nothing big. If you don’t know what to do, you can take it as a starting point for a walk that takes you to see the canal, but there is nothing striking about it.

Local close to the central street of independence. Very crowded and in demand, because you eat well Bolognese cuisine. You will find many typical dishes, good appetizers, first and second courses. Average prices considering that we are located in Bologna and downtown.
Very attentive staff.

Bologna is a city crossed by canals (now almost all underground); this corner of the city that still has uncovered canals is called "little Venice" and a tourist destination is the Finestrella di Via Piella overlooking the Canale delle Moline. It's a very busy place to take the picture.

The Finestrella is the Ventana al Canal, a small window in a wall to see the canal. You open it and you get a view of La Piccola Venezia! That is a small canal, one of many that are mostly underground all over Bologna! These canals were built during the Middle Ages to bring river water to the city. It is a bit of a gimmick, but it's rather clever and tourists love it! Usually there is a waiting line but only of a few minutes. Open the window, have a look, take a few snaps and that's it. This is on the one side of a small street in Bologna, while on the other side of the street there is no window at all! It's all fun and games, depending on your point of view!

I wouldn't recommend it at all.
We chose the 3 courses in one bolognese and it was all cold, microwaved and hard
With the fame that Bologna has that it eats well.... first experience unfortunately bad

Not recommended!! I brought some foreign friends. We sat at 2pm, inside without air conditioning, they served us after half an hour. The trio of mediocre first courses, tortellini just lots of cream, lasagna certainly not Bolognese, poor tagliatelle, (I am from Bologna. ) I go to the bathroom, I have to tell my friend not to go. Dirty, no toilet paper, on the ground completely flooded. Let's ask for a second. They bring two. Initially they say it's a portion split in half, then they correct it. Let's forget it and keep it. Veal with mushrooms, even here just lots of cream, cheap mushrooms. I go to pay and I find that the bottle of wine costs 35 euros instead of 16 because in the paper subtitled in lower case it was written ‘mezzina’ that is, that wording referred to 16 euros. We decide to go and get dessert and coffee elsewhere. 4 first courses, two seconds, a water, a bottle of wine 40 euros each. Not recommended at all.

OK it's special... But there are often about 10 people queuing up for a photo. Waiting for windows to open again, photo and the next... Touri pur.
