We had an enjoyable walking tour of Bellagio/Pescalo with Alesandra. She took us through and then outside the main part of town. Bellagio is very touristy, so it was nice to take a walk "off the beaten path" with someone who grew up on Lake Como. If you take the Bellagio tour, it includes lunch (and a glass of wine or soda) at a lovely restaurant and a ticket to the Villa Melzi, which you can then visit on your own, or you can use the ticket to just walk through the Villa's property back to the center of Bellagio). The tour is from 10 am to 12:30 on certain days of the week. At 12:30 you get dropped off at the restaurant lunch with the ticket to the Villa.
This is a good tour to do at the beginning of your visit to Bellagio, since it provides a good orientation to the area. We did it on our last day, because that is when the tour was available, and it was still worthwhile.
Communication with the company was very easy, and they quickly responded to a question about the food served at lunch, since we have dietary restrictions.
