極差的體驗，特地調校好鬧鐘，準時進入網站買票，也順利信用卡資料出了order Number，然後一直沒有收到票便電郵查詢。客服隔了一天才回覆，說我的order取消了，還說我沒有完成payment process，但我分明已經有了order Number。
之後客服只是官方的回覆說要取消了不能再付款，一點也不helpful ，只重複票就是沒有了，完全沒有打算幫忙處理或找票。
反正就是毀了行程，客服差劣，完全沒有打算幫忙的意思

需要至少一個月前訂票，不然是沒有票的。主要因為內部狹窄，只能排隊一個個看裏面的日記和一切當時的生活物品。可以直觀體會到當時避難時的緊張心情，但是最頂上的閣樓上不去了，而且樓梯非常陡，也很窄，需要一些體力。

算是國小看的書最印象深刻的一本。
歷史會重蹈覆轍，而這種歷史就不需要了～

這是一個沈重的展覽,借著安妮的日記,我們回顧一段不堪的歷史.想像當年收留安妮一家友人的勇敢義氣,青少女的安妮用她的清新文字,記錄那一段遙遙無期,不見天日的日子,後來因為有人告密, Frank 一家人被送上最後一班開往集中營的火車,那時盟軍已經登陸諾曼地,只能說是造化弄人,安妮最後死於傷寒.還好當時的日記被保留下來,後來出版問世造成轟動,完成安妮想當文學家的夢想.

這是個很棒的景點，如你想象的一樣非常神秘。但我覺得唯一的問題就是同一時間讓太多人進入参觀了，而且當你進到景點時，你還得再排一次隊！

知道安妮之家很受歡迎 我們預先二個月就在官網預訂了門票，其他凡高博物館、荷蘭國立博物館亦如是。其他博物館都會在事前一天再次email提醒安排事項，惟獨安妮之家沒有，這方面有點失色。

裏面講述安妮的一生，講述了她逃避納粹和躲藏的事跡，兩年的地下生活，能給現代人一些反思。當年德軍如何對待猶太人，猶太人的生活等也可以了解一下。

安妮之家是荷蘭行的第一站。9年前來的時候沒進去，這次一定要打卡。本想飛機上重溫下電影的，結果匆匆忙忙竟然下了個日文版，汗。提前半月訂的票，8:30在瑟瑟寒風中等開門。走上一圈，感受下當年猶太人在荷蘭飽受納粹摧殘的歷史。可惜沒有中文版介紹，需要不斷跟同行的親戚解釋。

Is the Anne Frank House tickets and Anne Frank Museum the same? Or do you need to book them both separately?

They’re the same. I didn’t attend the discussion beforehand, but still thought it was an excellent experience and absolutely worth it. It takes about an hour to go through the museum.

We were there a few weeks ago. It took us about 1 1/2 hours. We took our time, listened to all the audios and read all the information in each room. It's very interesting but also chilling. Well worth a visit.

i tried booking the anne frank house museum on the official website for july 1st (it is june 3). every single date was greyed out. do i have to book it when they are open? i tried booking it when the museum was closed so do i have to wait for them to open? or is it just all sold out?

You MUST apply for them 6 weeks in advance of the date of your planned visit and they’re usually gone within a day.

They bring the group upstairs to a conference room with seating for everyone. Its informative, but may not be necessary if you are already familiar with the history. I had just a light understanding so I found it worth the time.

No dress code. There are quite a few narrow steps/ ladders to negotiate, so comfortable shoes are a good idea.

Ciao per acquistare i biglietti disponibili la mattina alle 9 per il giorno della visita bisogna registrarsi prima al sito?
Io non riesco a capire come devo fare per acquistarli, clicco sul giorno ma mi fa vedere sempre che non c'è nessuna disponibilità di biglietti per tutto il giono.
