Had a great 2 hrs here today. Such a great selection, never had to wait. 3 floors full of pinball heaven including some real oldies and newbies. My favourite was the John Wick one.
Friendly knowledgeable staff. Had a chat with the owner and it's his own collection.
Cafe and toilets also there if you need them
Museum part was interesting too to see the evolution of pinball. Definitely worth a couple of hours in Rotterdam. It also is in an area with a lot of history re the pilgrims and ww2. So worth a wander around the area after.

Unlike any other museum.
Unique in its kind.
Pinball machines (all playable) till the eye can reach.
You have to see and do this if you like pinball. You never want to go home

During our visit to Rotterdam with friends, we made a stop at the Dutch pinball museum, or in short the pinball machines.
At the entrance on the ground floor is some history displayed and there are some very old pinball machines, which you are not allowed to play on.
The rest is built up in different deepening / spaces and themes, and you can play freely on almost all of them.
Blessed to do this unlimitedly, believe me, you won't get enough!!

I visited this museum on a Saturday. I bought my ticket online in advance. They have three sessions in the day. I booked the 2pm - 4pm session. There are plenty of machines to play on and a few antique machines that are just for looking at. They also have a comprehensive history of pinball in the museum. There is a cafe where you can get drinks and a bite to eat. The museum is about 15 minutes walk from Delfshaven Metro station and is situated on one of the canals. Definitely a superb way to spend a couple of hours.

Best activity of our stay! Incredible setting, sophisticated decor. Very good management (entry in small groups) which allows everyone to enjoy the arcade posts without having to wait their turn. Too bad the museum part is so small because really interesting. The small bar area is well thought out, very nice and smiling waitress. Real good!

loved the place! very entertaining, at times nostalgic (they have so many machines built around different technologies, with the relevant periods indicated), located in a very nice part of rotterdam, with a nice cafe and attentive personnel. don't miss it, if you like pinball and particularly if you're into tommy and big lebowski :) one can play on a huge number of machines almost endlessly...

Not so much a museum… more of a massive arcade with just pinball machines. Very impressive collection and we played on Star Wars, John Wick, Matrix, Beatles machines and much more. Good wheelchair access too although no concessions are provided for carers which was very disappointing

Lots of fun. I couldn't spend a whole day here though. It was fun to try out all the different machines and try to do well on them. Loads of history information on the walls too.

As you approach the museum you can hear all the different pinball sounds (as we say in Belgium) coming out from the different floors. On the ground floor you get a brief overview of the history after which you can try out the different pinball machines on two floors for two hours. Highly recommended to visit!

Walking through the old harbour district, I accidentally discover the Dutch Pinball Museum in a former warehouse. In addition to a lot of history on function and design, there are over 100 pinball machines from different time periods that visitors can play for free.
Through the well done website, or in my case on site, you can book a day pass or a 2 hour slot. If you need a break, you can stock up in the cafe.

Are you open all year round on a Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday afternoon?
Why limit your opening hours?
Can one request a museum tour ax well as playing pinball?
If you are ever in the uk head over to Flipout London in Croydon great place.
Hope to visit the Dutch pinball museum at some point.

Correct, open on wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.
All the other days we do private party's and Groups.
It's not profitable to open more day.
Open almost all of the year, somethings one a holliday.
Please always check the website first.
Not Google or so, Google not always now best (-;
