We found the Smokin Puffin when we were looking for a locals pub and this was a great pub. Fine beer, live music and very friendly staff and patrons.Will visit next time we are in town.

We found The Smokin Puffin by accident, but were so glad that we did.
The service was fabulous and they serve the best Icelandic vodka!
This bar is one of the coolest hangouts in Reykjavik :)

Stopped in here to get out of the rain and glad we did. Great pub with happy hour deals and friendly staff, some that even did magic tricks with us! They also have a darts board and Foosball table which helped us pass some time until the weather cleared up a bit. Very good pub that we visited twice on holiday and would highly recommend.

I came here looking for shelter from the awful weather. I left here with friends and a huge appreciation for the Choco Puffin - a drink so smooth that it will make Patrick Swayze in Dirty Dancing look like an amateur. Great drink selection and super friendly staff.

Cold, miserable night in Reykjavík. Looking for a bar and stumbled across this gem. Great, welcoming staff and a very friendly atmosphere. Only sorry that I had to go back to my hotel... Would certainly come back again. 10/10 would Puffin again!

Cool place, met the best people here that had moved to Iceland 3 years ago and never looked back! You have to visit here to get a taste of the locals and enjoy the happy hour and decent beer and banter. Would visit again for the choco pùffin 👌🏼

If you love a man with a beard, this place is for you. Friendly and welcoming, great Icelandic hospitality, fantastic beers and amazing staff. If you're reading this you must be thinking of visiting. Just go. Thank me later
