First time of visiting Nicola when I received a gift voucher ..... absolutely amazing service, Nicola is very friendly and made me feel welcome and comfortable straight away, the massage was beautiful and I felt very relaxed and refreshed after

Can’t recommend enough! The booking process was easy-I had a voucher from my daughter & did everything online & chose the 60 minute aromatherapy massage, but there are so many different treatments to choose from!Nic was so warm & friendly, I immediately felt at ease. I was able to choose an oil (lavender) & had the most relaxing hour! Massaged from head to toe, I also chose to have oils in my hair but this is optional. Nic & I chatted the whole Time but if you prefer not to talk that’s fine too. The massage was absolutely incredible, I felt completely relaxed & taken care of & Nic checked the pressure she was using was ok for me. I left feeling really relaxed & lighter. Two people commented that afternoon on how chilled , peaceful & happy I looked! Definitely going to book again, & also ask for vouchers for my Christmas/birthday presents so I get to enjoy this experience again. Thank you Nic for making an anxious woman feel so comfortable.

First visit to Nicola and it certainly won’t be my last. Nicola is so welcoming and professional and the set up is totally relaxing. Had manicure, eye lash and brow tint, using my birthday vouchers, excellent work. Already booked in for a back massage. Highly recommend. Easy to find and parking on site too. Lisa

I needed to have my sore back treated, and Nicola managed to find me a window in her full diary at very short notice. Half an hour of Nicola's magic fingers and I could walk upright without pain. Exotic Fusion is not just about beauty treatments, excellent though they are, according to my wife, and I will admit to having had a most soothing facial, but about being treated for aching muscles.
Even the Covid precautions don't detract from this wonderful experience.
If you have aches and pains you need easing away, want to be pampered, or want to be beautified, this is the place to go. I can't recommend Nicola and Exotic Fusion highly enough.

Nichola (the owner) is friendly, professional and instantly warm and welcoming. She is highly skilled in all areas of waxing, beauty treatments, massage and relaxation. Having been a regular customer for years I highly recommend her services.

Nicola is fantastic at working out the knots and tightness from the muscles across my back. I have been 3 times now, once a month, and the improvement in my pain and mobility is huge. She is welcoming and makes you feel very much at ease, which for a man going to have a massage is great. Lovely relaxing atmosphere and a very good price for the treatment provided.

Nicola is amazing! Friendly, warm and welcoming. I went for some waxing and Nicola was BRILLIANT!!! I am so pleased with the results. Having had many waxing experiences, I have to say this is one of the best - Nicola is a perfectionist. I will certainly be going back for regular waxes and to try out some of the other treatments here. Highly recommend :-)) Lovely vegan friendly products to treat yourself to as well :-)

I have been here a few times now and have to say it is amazing. You are greeted by a lovely smile and such a professional attitude. The treatment room is warm ,smells amazing and has a lovely calm atmosphere. The choice of oils is very good and so is the advice that goes with them. I can't rate this place highly enough and have recommended it to all my friends and family. I have also had had a pedicure from here and that was exceptional too.

If you have read other reviews of mine, you will know how much we enjoy hammams and massages in Morocco. We have found the best massage ever much closer to home. All Nicola needs to do is start a hammam and we'll never have to visit Morocco again.
Exotic Fusion is in a small collection of buildings on the way in to Folkestone from the M20 and it's a wonderful quiet location. While I have only had the massage here, there is a full range of other treatments which my wife and daughter, and their friends, have tried and swear by.
You have a choice of oils and pressure and the massage table has a heated blanket which is utter bliss. Nicola has magic fingers and always manages to unknot my work and commuting stresses. If only I could have her standing behind my chair at work I'd be in a state of nirvana all day.
We always leave here in a state of quiet calm which lasts the weekend. I can't recommend this place, and Nicola, highly enough.

Have had countless massages around the world and this was one of the best. Heated table, really lovely calming music and Nicola's attention to detail made it a very enjoyable experience. Highly recommended
