Thank you so much slatterys we ordered a cake for the wife in the style of a designer handbag. The cake looked amazing. The attention to detail was absolute perfection. It look so god we didn’t want to eat it but it tasted so good. Thank you slatterys.

Cannot use the restaurant right now - but wonderful cream cakes and mince pies to take away.
We picked up some cakes for a celebration.
Slattery is known for really great cakes, but the mince pies were a great surprise - stuffed full of rich filling and fruit.....
Not cheap but well worth it!

Went to slattery after few years because it was my daughter’s birthday treat. Best to book in advance because it’s always busy. Food was delicious desserts were amazing and scrumptious and atmosphere was fantastic. Shop downstairs have huge choice of selection from fresh sandwiches to desserts. They’re also specialist in cakes for wedding, birthday and all other kind of celebration cakes. Also if you enjoy baking then this’s the place to buy everything for your cakes and desserts.

Lovely afternoon tea here with parents, been a few times before and never disappoints. We had mix of traditional afternoon tea and chocolate one, heaven! Absolutely stuffed, had to take cakes away which I never have to do! Can’t wait to return!

Fantastic cake made by Slatterys for my wife's 50th Birthday. AMAZING!!! I emailed several pictures and had a phone discussion as to my ideas and they came up with this outstanding design which was a real triumph.

Afternoon tea was amazing, cakes delicious, booked because it is school holidays so was very busy. Seated in the corner booth which was lovely. Would recommend

We visited here with friends and the children it’s absolutely magical. The white hot choc was to die for and the cake selection endless! Slightly expensive but I think you get what you pay for!

Always loved this place for making cakes .
I’ve had a few over the years for my children’s birthday and all have been fantastic .
This place has stood the test of time and still standing now my children are adults lol
Great for afternoon tea also ❤️

If the thought of creating your own chocolate creating and then getting to eat them sounds like a dream you to then this is the course for you. I received the chance to complete the course as a Christmas present from my brother so that two chocolate lovers could enjoy chocolate while spending time with each other and it was a perfect present (although there were others on the course who attended alone). I was completing the half day chocolate introduction but there is a wide variety of courses available on the website.
A greeting from a Slattery Family member John was a lovely touch before we started. The course leader Vicky was wonderful, knowledgeable without over loading and used her experience and patience to make the experience fun while still letting us make some great creations.
With step by step instructions you couldn't go to far wrong but Vicky was on hand to ensure we made some wonderful creations. the variety and options as we made our chocolates individual and to our tastes. Whether you are a fan of white milk or dark chocolate the three machines of tempered chocolate would make anyone salivate! but we created a rage of chocolates packaged them up and left with a bundle to savour and a great experience. I will defiantly be looking at other courses here.
