I visited Klairs Seoul for the second time because of the last unforgettable experience there with my friends, and I was not disappointed! I believe there is no place with a relaxed private environment where I could enjoy delicious desserts other than here. I also bought Klairs Rich Moist Soothing Cream as a gift on my way out for my friend! Can't wait to visit next time!

요즘은 어디를 가도 북적이고 시끄러운데 이 공간은 건물 외관부터 너무 예쁘고 정갈한 느낌이 들어 마음이 차분해져서 너무 좋았어요ㅠㅠ... 가로수길 돌아다니다가 사람에 치여 은신처(?)처럼 기대 없이 들어왔는데 1층에서 제품 테스트 해보고 위에 가서 차도 마시고 모처럼 잘 쉬고온 것 같아요

Visited Klairs Seoul last Sunday and had excellent experiences there. Products are well-organized and staffs are very accommodating and nice. They have good product knowledge and recommend products that fit my skin type the most. Highly recommend to visit where you can try various types of Klairs' skincare products and also the private tearoom on the 2nd floor.

木と石の落ち着いた雰囲気の空間です。環境を考える企業のこだわりらしい。
1階ではオンラインで見たクレアスの全商品に出会えてワクワクしちゃいました😆直接商品を体験する場所もあって、石けんで手を洗った後にはペーパータオルではなく布タオルで拭かせてもらえます！こういうちょっとした気遣いが嬉しいです。
地下空間には紫色と白の花とクレアスの製品がディスプレーされていました。季節とイベントごとに変わるらしいです。この直ぐ横で商品に投票するだけでサンプルがもらえます！6個ももらえるなんてラッキー✨
2階のmagpie and tigerというティールームはザシンプルって感じの場所で、オシャレな空間でした。ティールームが目当てに人も結構いるくらい人気スポットらしいです。予約制なので忘れないように注意❗️お茶選びに困ってたら個人の好みに合うお茶をおすすめして頂きました。季節のプレートという名前の茶菓子も甘さ控えめの上品な味で大満足でした。
全体的に商品を売っているストアーよりはブランドの雰囲気を楽しみながらリラックスできる空間でした。購買を急かさずこの空間・時間を味わえるようにしてくれる雰囲気がよかったです。

Great place with amazing skincare products and experiences! It is an absolute must to see if you are in Seoul :)
Mia, who works there, helped me to understand some of the products and recommended me the BEST toner and cream for my skin type. I also love the overall vibe of the environment. It gives me a calm and relaxed vibe that's hard to find in the middle of Seoul. Not only that, but they also had a "tea room" upstairs which made teas in front of you and delicious desserts. They were actually yummmy. I definitely wanna go there again if I visit Seoul next time. Trust me, you won't be disappointed > <

It's nice place to try various Klairs skincare products offline. I visited Klairs Seoul twice - in August and again in December because I rlly liked it.
Klairs Seoul staff was very friendly and explained me the products of Dear, Klairs very precisely. What I liked the most was that I could actually test products, so I could learn abt the effects and textures before I buy them.
In August, there was a cute lemonade booth decorated with all day airy sunscreens on the first basement floor. In December, every corner was full of Christmas vibe. Since its decoration and mood changes, visiting Klairs Seoul every season would also be amusing.

My friends and I spent almost 3 hours in Klairs Seoul and it was worth the time. Great atmosphere, amazing service, and nice food in the 2F tearoom!
You'll be welcomed by the staff once you step in. On the 1st floor, you'll see the Klairs products are arrayed. There are many samples that you can actually try before you decide to buy.
There's not only a shop but they also have tearoom in the 2nd floor, and books are displayed in the basement. It was phenomenal to experience how they express the brand image to customers.
I would definitely come visit again if I'm in the area. I really appreciate the time I spent in Klairs Seoul. Highly recommend to all the visitors to Shinsa, Seoul!

가로수길 메인 스트릿 안쪽에 있습니다. 예약제인 2층 티룸에 들른 다음에 돌아보기 좋습니다. 특히 끈적이지 않고 촉촉한 선크림을 추천합니다.
