Terrible company to avoid! At the last minute they told us that they couldn't give us the car and they couldn't get us another one. With two little children we had to find another solution. We had two reservations with them. The second one was decent as the car was without half of the things requested and which they had guaranteed us. At the end they wanted to cheat us with the return of the deposit but I stalked the driver until he gave us the money back. Scammers!

I had a great trip with this company, I am a repeated customer of this company and you would know why. I visited Vietnam every year and when I go back Vietnam I alway contacted them. They always gave me good service and always be so helpful. If you need any information for traveling in Vietnam you can contact them, they will solve the problem for you

The vehicles provided by agency are of good condition.
However the dealing lady was inappropriate in her behaviour.
1. She validated incorrect account details causing funds to reach incorrect account which later had to be reversed.
2. The requested vehicle was not available and they initially tried to give a much cheaper vehicle than the one booked. This was later rectified after 6 hours.
3. The driver misinformed dealing POC of the payment received and they spent 20 minutes yelling at me to give more payment
4. They put an Apple Tag to track the vehicle which will off course give you warning over your phone (if using iPhone)

SCAM! On drop-off in February 2020 they kept 140 USD of our deposit - as they claim for overspeed 3 times during rental (how they know?). But they promised that if for one month no fine receipt has been received, they would have refund 140 USD to us by bank transfer (Vietnam to Poland). Then they stoped to answer our several mails and WhatsApp messages for 2 months. No fines receipt nor money was sent. Avoid!

I hired a full day van with a driver. The car was nice and clean. The driver is helpful. The price is reasonable and goes according to what we discussed earlier with the sales person (Kath). She was so helpful on planning the trip in Vietnam just throw her how long time I have and how I want it to be. She provides us a good advise and makes our first trip in Vietnam meaninful. Highly recommended service!

Now I booked this company on chance...and faith for our family mini pilgrimage to La Vang Holy Pilgrimage Centre where the Our Lady appeared in La Vang. The driver was good, car was clean and admin service was prompt... they're a little costlier than the other companies out there but what made my decision easy was that Kath gave me a quote based exactly on the itinerary i had planned without trying to sell me other destinations and stops points along the way... best of all they were a Catholic company which I felt was comfort enough because she knew and understood the purpose of my trip with my parents...
The only downside is that the website does state English speaking driver, however our driver spoke minimal English and used Google translate which was a shame because it would have been nice to chat with the driver freely without having to rely on Google translate (which is doesn't translate well at all). But aside from that it was a really good trip. Our driver stopped nicely at various rest stops for toilet breaks and was really skillful and safe. Patient with us when he had to wait a little longer and very polite... thanks again Kath for making our little Pilgrimage possible and positive

All us spending 5 days in Danang. The car is clean and the driver is very punctual. If I am going to Vietnam again, sure will book their car.
