We went to Gatzz for the first time in July, with the expectation up there for everything that is seen by the proposal of the house advertising.
getting there really the place is beautiful!!!!
But a very simple show very low from what is proposed and the food?????
The food was a disappointment apart from a cheese fondue with vegetables which I couldn't understand until now what was eating , obviously I didn't even eat!!!!!!
without more, I do not return and do not recommend for the absurd amount that is charged.

Third time on site and the best. Do not serve.more the 6 steps menu. Now it's Fondue. Well made , quality cheese , with vegetables and differential for mushrooms , beets , broccoli and sauces. I found very strong (truffled mayonnaise , black garlic ) coconut farofa very good and gentle. Carnes na pedra . A little smaller than most restaurants, but comes lamb and does not come calabresa. Chocolate very tasty, with brownie and fresh fruits. Environment reminds cruise , agile and gentle service. Show is really professional. With high-carat artists, and exciting. This show is for the family . With a beautiful message.

I was in Las Vegas a month ago where I watched the Mystère performance of Cirque de Soleil, supposedly the best for young children.
And I speak without fear of mistake, it does not reach the feet of the Gatzz Imaginators in Gramado. Extremely talented artists, very close to the audience. Ultra nice and sophisticated environment, with a first-class kids space. And to complete a delicious fondue, which must not be missed on a visit to the Serra gaúcha.
Unforgettable, possibly the best attraction in the city

Show - Note 7 (eh ok)
Fondue - Note 6 (nothing too much, there are better for the same price)
Waiter service - 2 (drink service since the table eh score 0)
Ridiculely the worst experience on lawn for this value, there are much better fondues for the same value.
I expected more from the show, but he is ok, the show does not deserve this attention and this attention does not deserve this show.
Taking out the drinks the fondues took a long time.
When we arrived a waiter presented himself and said that he would be serving us, explained that we needed to order repeats of items on the tablet, because we did, we talked 2..3...4x with the waiters and the same thing that nothing.
The waiter who was going to serve us I think he went out for dinner, because there were moments that stayed 2 only in the lounge. The tables next door started complaining about the same thing.
After a long time came the repetition of the items we asked, but they said they would exchange the cheese, the same took a long time, came the meat and the cheese nothing. I gave up.
The same thing happened to the chocolate and I gave up... it's frustrating and very tired to be distracted.
Not worth it, as I said, the show is not getting this review, but there is no ticket only for it, so NOT worth it.

I already knew Gatzz and it was an amazing experience. I recommended it to several friends. I came back this month and I was disappointed. The menu changed and it had nothing special, but what I missed most were the actors. The show lost its essence with the departure of its main actor. I missed the reception in the hall, the magic of words, the enchantment. The actors who stayed gave their best, but it wasn't enough. I hope this is just a difficult time for you to return as soon as possible. Don't let the house fall. And I highlight the best house of Argentine Tango : " Mr. Tango" has been successful for decades to maintain its standard. Learn from them.

Foundue great, but the show bad! Totally graceless ... forced presenters embarrassing the audience !!! Bad.

The artists are great, we like the art and the house's proposal, just not much of the interactions between the presentations, I think it's worth noting that sometimes they are embarrassing for those who are forced to participate, because it's not optional once they choose you and on the day where we were, the boy was so shy that it was difficult to watch, yet the artists did a great job of entertaining us. Only go if you are willing to pay AT LEAST R$500 for a dinner as a couple, as we got the Bellepoque, drank 1 non-alcoholic drink each and with the 10% that they include at the end (of consumption AND the ticket paid in advance via the website), the The bill came out to R$642, so it's something to consider. It was the most expensive tour we took, it was worth it but given the high cost I don't know if I would do it again, even if I was interested in meeting the 18+ group.

The place is beautiful, the food was delicious and the dessert was heavenly.
The service from everyone was very good and the highlight was the service from Regis who presented us with the menu with great care, 10 out of 10 for him.
I found the fees to be very high, 12% more than what the establishments charge.
