我們組有17個人但是只有2個望遠鏡和2個天文學家。我們花了一半的時間排隊看望遠鏡。你只能快速的看一眼因為很多人在排着。主講天文學家沒有準備好他的望遠鏡。在第一次觀看前，他回車裡取了正確的透鏡，剩下17個人坐在椅子上等他準備好。第二次觀看的是月亮，真是很浪費時間。我本來特別愛看銀河系，但是我們沒有看到因為沒提供，也沒有解釋。神話傳說有很多瑕疵，關於星星也沒有有趣的信息。這是我寫過很多好評里特別讓我失望的。

It is always disappointing to us when a guest has a less than optimal encounter with our company. For 13 years we have strived to provide an exceptional experience for every single guest. As a result of our customer centric laser like focus, we have received the Certificate of Excellence 7 years in a row from Tripadvisor and were inducted into the Tripadvisor Hall of Fame in 2015. We were also rated one of the top ten US based Space attractions by Tripadvisor. I could go through point by point and contradict each item mentioned above one by one. I am not going to do that. Suffice it to say after discussing this review with the specific astronomer mentioned we have come to the conclusion that this was one of those rare customers who is writing this review to attempt to discredit our reputation. I particularly noticed that this person has only written one review in their entire history which makes us suspect of his motivation. Fortunately we rarely encounter guests who have this intent and virtually all of our customers are highly valued and respected by all of our staff. As has been our explicitly written policy for 13 years, if any of our guests requests a full refund for any legitimate reason we provide 100 percent. This guest never asked for a refund and never gave us the courtesy or opportunity to address their issues. We are always profoundly disappointed when one of our guests is simply unfair.
