The highlight of the visit is the knowledgeable staff, who are more than happy to share stories and insights about the exhibits. Their passion for the history of the Crisologo family and Vigan itself adds depth to your experience.

It was mostly ok. It had artifacts with rather interesting history and to history buffs can be exciting but for young children it can be quite boring. It also is really hot because it has no aircon. But the entry is free. It also has quite an array.

This place has a published opening and closing hours that they never follow. Arrived there at least 15 minutes before closing but I was denied entry.
They allegedly close at 11:30 AM but they don't let people in even before that time.
The staf isn't very accommodating! I do not recommend this place. There are waay better museums nearby!

Very good museum about the history of that time. Informative with many artifacts. 1-2 hours should be enough.

Very educational about the history of the family and the political line of the family. It us a revelation for me to know that the late old Crisologo is the author of SSS. I appreciate all the household furnitures, memorabilia and other things, including the car when they were ambushed. The Carjuahe's, the pottery collection, the old typewriters, the military uniform, etc..

ビガンのメイン通りの名前にもなっていますが、ビガンがあるイロコス・サー州で何世代にも渡り政治家を務めてきたクリソロゴ家の実家が博物館として開放されています。入場料は無料です。調度品や車などを見ても裕福な暮らしぶりが伺えます。

It is just a homely and peaceful museum filled with artifacts from the Chrisologo family. War paraphernalia, old news paper, pictures of Congress men, women and senators. The children might not enjoy it that much since it is a museum but they might enjoy the World War Two guns.

there is a newspaper inside the museum with pictures of Floro Chrisologo bloody and dead. If you have small children or is afraid of blood and gore you might want to look out for that particular newspaper.

Nice museum dedicated to the Crisologo Family with lots of interesting artifacts. Great information to learn about this family and other aspects of Vigan. Also had a nice wall of various types of hats made throughout the Philippines.
Did not like the unfriendly staff at all, with a forced "contribution" at the start, and for some reason they always seemed to try to hurry us thru the museum. The staff lowered our enjoyment of the museum.

Hi... I'm planning to go there during the new year. I would like to know if this museum is open on January 2 of 2016? Coz I need to finalize my itinerary as well.... I hope I can get answers here....Thanks ahead!

the museum is open daily from 8:30-11:30, 1:30-4:30. i read in one blog that the musuem is open even on holidays.
