The other day I took my little guy to you guys location. And I spoke to one of the funniest girls I’ve met in a minute she helped me feel comfortable with leaving my child with her. Cause I don’t trust to many people with my kid. She made my day. And made the little guy smile to I Believe her name was Adrianna

After being sent around on a wild goose chase to solve an issue, a particular team member went above and beyond to help me. The phone lines to another location in the casino weren’t working and Adriana went out of her way to walk down there to get the information I needed to solve my problem. It’s common in guest service to not have an answer, and it’s easy to apologize that you don’t have one. Amazing guest service is making sure the guest has all of the answers they need. She did this for me and I wanted to recognize her for her efforts. Thank you, Adriana, I hope management reflects the same appreciation with the level of concern you showed me. With that kind of work ethic, she’s going places.

fabulously convenient and my great grandson loves it!! It allowed us adults to go to the movie next door and have a 5 year old cared for and have a great time !!!

Took our two kids to kids quest while we bowl our league. This was our first and last visit. When checking in the lady at the counter asked about snacks. I told her that they could have milk. We left came back after our league which was a little over 3 hours later. Was given the amount owed which was almost $80. I was in shock. But I paid the money, got our kids and left. I asked the kids if they got their milk. They said oh yes. And we also got fruit snacks and gold fish. Excuse me where does milk turn into additional snacks that were not approved by me for purchase, at the time of pick up the lady at the counter didn't feel the need to enlighten me of the additional items. My fault for not questioning the amount. But where do they get off giving snacks that were not approved by parent. The kids are not allowed anything with fats and sugar after dinner because it makes them super hyperactive. So parents beware.

We have never seen so many happy children who are willing to get away from their parents to go have fun. They have lots of things to do in this small but large to them fun place. Parents you can feel safe with them there, will you have adult fun in the casino.

I over heard an employer tell a parent there could couldn't come in cause they needed there shot records. The manager at them time Miranda H told the front counter girl not to worry and they cold could come in. How is this place safe? My children will not be coming back. It also took to long for them to find my kid

My 10 year old son really enjoys Kids Quest. I try to take him at least once a week where he can meet new friends. They also have contests,from time to time, where kids can participate and win great prizes. It is a really good price and the staff is very friendly and takes great care of kids of all ages.

My kids had a TON of fun. This sounds silly, I just wish the lighting was different,. . The lighting makes it seem dreary and sketchy. However, it is not. . .
Also we left our backpack (diaper bag) there. . . had to return the next day to get it, and the girl at desk (not the same one we met the day we dropped kids off) did not even ask for ID or any description of the back pack. . .

nous avons trouvé par hasard cette garderie qui ressemble a un grand parc de jeu pour enfant ,toboggan géant,jeu de construction,voiture,poupée,jeux vidéo...,qui a été beaucoup appréciée par notre fils de 3 ans et demi,idéale pour ce qui veulent jouer,nous l'avons surtout laissé deux fois une heure car nous faisons un road trip de trois mois aux usa et ça lui fais du bien de pas nous voir !!

The minute we walked up, my youngest said "This is my favorite!" And with two story kid sized hamster tunnels, who could blame him? There is also arcades, ipod, a kareoke stage, and a little girly room where little kids could play house. On drop off you can select what foods the kids are allowed to pick from, we selected some snacks and water but told them no to ice cream. That was it! We paid at the end when we picked up and my eldest talked about it the whole way back to the car.
If you want to use it more then once you have to provide immunization records, so bring those if you are staying at the casino or staying close by.
