The room was so much fun! The guide was nice and so very helpful. Some of the locks are a little tricky but besides that everything was great. 10/10 would def do it again.

This was such a great experience for my family and I to do while visiting from WV. We did the Taken room. BLAZE was fantastic and the room was challenging and fun. It is worth every cent to enjoy this adventure! also, family owned and operated in case that's something you like to support.

Had a few strangers with our group but all worked together beautifully! The staff is great at making sure everyone is comfortable and has a great time. Can't wait to go back!

Fun adventure! Staff was super friendly and helpful. We can’t wait to go back! It took us two visits to “escape”! The room was challenging and very well planned out.

First visit ever to an Escape Room. So much fun! Ben with the staff was an excellent instructor. We will return.

We took young people from our church's College and Career Ministry and had a blast. The puzzles were challenging and we had a lot of fun figuring out the clues. We will definitely return.

TL;DR Loved it! Only room I have done here (so far) but was definitely amazing. Cool story, fun puzzles, linear, yadda yadda yadda. Game host was good as well (I'm so sorry I don't remember your name but you were a cool dude). Accessibility friendly! Parking right in front of the game or near it since it's in a little strip of shops. Very affordable. We also escaped. Booyah.
Now on to the long and detailed stuff.
We did this room with another couple (strangers to us) who were super cool. Keep in mind that unless you book out all the available spots, you may be placed with another group. Just be cool about it and everybody should have fun! We sure did! Our couple had never done an escape room before but definitely were vital in our escape, haha.
Location is good. It's in a little shopping strip so there's abundant parking. Didn't feel sketchy or anything like that, which is always a bonus. The inside was nice and clean. Good lobby area and I'm pretty sure they have a restroom available for those there to play their games. I also like the green and black theme they have going on, it's refreshing from the red and black that most other rooms do.
The game host was really friendly! I feel like trash because I lost the TripAdvisor card that had his name on it. I want to say it was Daniel but it may have also been Cody so literally who knows? He was great though! Enjoyed having him help us out.
It's been a hot minute since I played here and I honestly can't remember whether they gave clues via TV monitor or radio. I want to say it was TV monitor. We only asked for one so I'm giving myself a pass on having terrible memory. If you have hearing issues, then contact them beforehand to find out whether or not their hints are given verbally or visually.
The room was spacious. Not too small, not too big. I would say it would comfortable fit about 5-6 adults all moving around without stepping on toes. Probably wouldn't do more than that, but that's also a personal preference. You have room to breathe, at least. The room could also comfortable fit a wheelchair or other mobility assistance, though I would contact them beforehand to ensure that they would be able to accommodate in terms of potential hazards or anything of the sort.
No flashing lights or anything so that was nice.
Story line was SUPER fun and you really get into finding out what all is going on and why you were taken as you progress through the game. It's given throughout the game, which makes it exciting every time you gather some more of the story even if it isn't necessary for whatever puzzle you're working on. Speaking of, the puzzles are great! None of them are overly complicated and they all make logical sense. I also was to say they were pretty linear, which is always nice.
I would definitely recommend this to anyone interested in doing an escape room! I think this room probably is more on the beginner/average escaper friendly side but experts/escape addicts definitely won't find it boring either. Don't miss your chance! Book it!
* They do have seasonal hours, so be sure that you know what hours they are operating on well before your game. :)

We visited the Escape Room yesterday and had a blast. We had a wide range of ages with our group from 9 years up to seniors and everyone loved it. We will definitely be going back.

Every year we go to my sisters for New Year's Eve and spend a few days doing family things, like escape rooms. We have done 8 different escape rooms in 6 different places and are undefeated. Escape Room Kingsport is very professional and fun. I like that their games aren't too difficult. With win rates in the 40 percentile we went in with confidence.(our hardest game to date had a 28 percent win rate)
After winning our first room we were offered a discount if we wanted to do another room and even though it was already 10 pm we accepted the challenge and enjoyed more family togetherness. We are still undefeated!!! We will definately return next year to finish with the third and final room they have to offer.

The first Escape Room for most of us. Explicit instructions. Terrific clues. Friendly atmosphere. The most fun we’ve had in a really long time!
