我們原本期待紀念館能夠在2019年8月開放，但遺憾的是，情況並非如此。不過，我們参觀的珍珠港其他地方信息豐富，管理良好，令人難忘的参觀體驗。

参觀珍珠港能讓人重新認識自我，也會讓人感覺五味雜陳，喜歡歷史或者戰爭的學生一定要把珍珠港列入其人生清單中。在這裏你能體會到從書中體會不到的失落感。忽視那些擺着傻傻的姿勢留影的愚蠢遊客吧。注意了，這個時候的亞利桑那號正在修繕中，所以你只能從外面参觀它。

亞利桑那號紀念館是每個美國人都應當至少参觀一次的地方。當你看到仍然完全沉沒水中的戰艦，不幸與悲傷令人無法抗拒。別忘了它是1600多位年輕人的墳墓。在那個不詳的周日上午，那些顫動的生命戛然而止，你所能做的唯有向他們低頭致敬。

雖然說是美國愛國主義教育，但是覺得很值得一去，可惜紀念品商店時間留的有點少，影片很有教育意義，很好奇為什麼日本炸了珍珠港，遊客卻這麼多

Can the Passport to Pearl Harbor be used for 2 consecutive days? We were hoping to do Ford Island on a separate day from everything else.

Hello, I have never been to Pearl Harbor before and have a question regarding timing.
I have booked my family tickets to see the Arizona memorial at 9.45am. As we have two young-ish children, we want to see the memorial at the beginning of our visit and then view the other parts of the visitor centre afterwards, at our leisure, for as long as the kids attention holds out. I think it would be beneficial for us to view the movie in the theatre near the boat departure to give the children some context (we are from Australia) before we view the memorial site.
If I plan to arrive at about 8.30am, will I have enough time to go through security, pick up tickets? and make my way to the theatre to view the 8.45am viewing of the movie? I doing know how far the walk is.
I've read the movie is 23 mins or so. That way, we would be finished with the movie with enough time before we need to line up for the 9.45am departure. Thank you for helping me out.

I know where to get the ticket online.
I am a little confused as the different reviews say there are so many things. One person says each item needs separate ticket. Another person said we need to get a separate ticket for USS Arizona.
Other than the online ticket, where and what other tickets I need to get? Where do I get "these other tickets"
We are planning to be in the island from Aug 9 to Aug 15.
What time of day would be best to start so we can get a comprehensive experience.

I may not be the best advisor as we booked everything through a travel agent. My understanding is that the free ticket to the Arizona needs to be booked as only so many people at a time can get on the boat/shuttle to go out to the Memorial. The other ticket purchase(s) are to the USS Missouri Battleship and to the Pacific Museum, there on the PH grounds. There is a shuttle bus to the Missouri and back. Other than the Missouri and the Museum, Pearl Harbor exhibits and the Arizona Memorial are free as a National Historic Site. Hope this helps.

We are trying to decide between a 10am or 11:30am ticket time.
Thinking we will get there early to walk through the museum exhibits before going out to the Arizona. If we arrive 1 1/2 before the ticket time to give us time to park and see the exhibits will this be enough time? Will there still be a lot of standing around outside in the heat if we arrive early to see the exhibits?

It depends on how much time you want to spend there. There is more to see than I thought. If you are a history buff, you could feasibly spend most of the day looking at everything. They also have a submarine docked for tours(for an additional fee). When you do go to the memorial, make sure you "Thank our departed soldiers for their service." They earned it!

I visited back in June, but I have heard they were working on the dock. Based on the NPS website tours have resumed and reservations are available for February. I would check the website as soon as possible.

Does anyone know why the boat tour to the USS Arizona is not available? How long has this been not available? Flying in to visit this site in January. So disappointed to hear this. Thanks in advance for your response.

The trip to the Arizona is not available because of problems with the dock out at the Arizona. It is closed indefinitely. I understand your disappointment. We made reservations for the Arizona 5 months in advance. We flew to Maui in Sept. We made a special flight to Oahu for the Arizona. Got up at 4 in morning and flew to Oahu. They closed the Arizona the day before. We looked around some but the whole point was the Arizona. We were disappointed too.

Hi! I have read that you can’t take any food with you, and only a water bottle is allowed. One review site said only a clear plain plastic water bottle? Does that mean that I can’t bring my refillable Yeti or other container like that???

We just visited Pearl Harbor on November 29th and no bags unless they are 4"x6" are allowed clear or not! The bags they let in were wristlet wallet size. No beverages unless it is water. They would not let a lady bring in a juice box for her child.

Yes. BUT the trip out to the Arizona is NOT AVAILABLE. It is closed and you cannot go out to the ship.
