Absolutely stunning view of the falls. The path is a bit paved, lots of rocks, some wet. Wear your Teva’s or hiking shoes… you won’t regret it! The view is spectacular but the lush rain forest on the way up was WAY more impressive than I imagined! Do it!

The hike to the falls took about 30 minutes and was very muddy. The views are spectacular and the falls are stunning. They warn you not to swim but we saw people swimming. The water was very cold. We went on a Saturday morning and it was very crowded. Would definitely go again.

ジャングルの中をトレッキングしながら滝まで少し上ります。途中で、ジュラシックパークのロケ地になったということを聞いて、気分は爆上がり。あっという間に滝に着きました。今年は雨が好き内容で、滝が枯れていたらごめんなさいというガイドさんの言葉を聞いておりましたが、今月一番の水量ですねと言われ、さらに爆上がり。楽しかったです。

Ok so Manoa Falls - as in the actual
waterfall - *is* lovely. But honestly the hike to the falls is absolutely incredible. If you go, be prepared to be awed by trees that tower above you, arching over and creating lovely tunnels and shading the trail (which some of the other popular trails on the island do not have). The plants and trees along the way were awesome, and you can easily see why movies like the original Jurassic Park were filmed in this area. The land feels ancient and wild in the best of ways. The falls change depending upon rainfall. When we went, the water flow was thin but beautiful. Be aware that it is recommended that you *not swim* due to possible infection with a disease (although if the water is flowing and you have no open cuts or wounds, many people will decide to still get in). The trail is fairly easy, although there are loose rocks and it can be a bit muddy. Overall this is a beautiful and easy hike that’s end goal of the waterfall is just as worth seeing as the entire trail itself.

マイナスイオンの中を歩いてる感じがすごいして気持ちよく登る事が出来ました。前は滝つぼに入る事が出来ましたが今は立ち入り禁止です。植物やお花が咲いていて持って帰りたいくらい綺麗で癒されました。またハワイに行った時は必ず行きます。

This was a great family adventure. Easy parking and a great little store and bathrooms with all the essentials needed. It was slippery on the way down so go slow and steady

A due passi da Honolulu ti immergi in una foresta pluviale ricca dei caratteristi suoni e profumi. Una pioggerella ci ha accompagnato per tutto il tragitto ( a Venti minuti ad Honolulu splendeva il sole) fino ad arrivare alla cascata. Una atmosfera da vivere

ジャングルの中に入った様な大自然を感じられ、まるで、ジェラシックパークのようでした。湿気が多いので虫除けは必須です。結構体力いります、滝に着いたときには、クタクタになります。体力ない人は、要注意です。

We loved this shaded hike up to the beautiful waterfall. The hike is dirt/mud/rocks so wear sneakers or secure sandals. There is a place to wash off your shoes after the hike, and I recommend bringing a change of shoes. The hike can be steep at times and you will walk up and back down the same trail. The trees are so lush, and there are plenty of places to stop along the way and take pictures of the rain forest. While there were signs that discouraged going into the waterfall, there were some people who ventured into the falls anyways. FYI - you won’t be able to take a stroller on this hike. Enjoy!

Great little hike, approximately 2 miles round trip, to the falls. Easy trail, as we walked it in sandals, ending at the falls with the option to enter the pond under the falls with a provided life jacket.

Just for parking $5. There is a shop there you can pick up drinks, bug spray if you think you need and other convenience items. Restaurant adjacent as well. But we didn't partake.

If you drive there you only have to pay $5 to park and there is a small gift shop and shave ice that will be needed after the long hike
マノアの滝のHPに下記の期間のトレイル改装でクローズオープンの記載があったのですが、土日の記載がありません。
土日もトレイルは閉鎖ということなのでしょうか？？

Actually on street it’s a walk to get to area b4 hike to waterfall. Yes you can get in water. If not filming then you may park closer by the Arboretum.

Pay the $5.00 for parking, follow to the dead end then you have to walk up the dirt trek make sure you have good walking shoes on, it is about 30-45 minute walk up there depending on how quick you walk then about the same time coming back.
