The hotel is veryisolated. I wouldn't go to bars at night. We were upset the first few days. But really want to thank you all the team, and especially reception Simona for her patience and everything has solved all our wishes. And for the sports coach Giuseppe for a great workout and good mood. Thank you all

Spędziliśmy ze znajomymi wspaniałe wakacje w tym hotelu. Mały, cichy i czyściutki . Hotel z klasą. Bardzo dużo roślin. Restauracja przepięknie położona wśród zieleni. Jedzenie przepyszne a obsługa bardzo miła. Basen jest bardzo czysty, a hotel jest położony przy samej plaży.

A huge thank you to the hotel staff for their wonderful welcome to the group from Poland. Great hospitality and polite. Special thanks to Marisa for the great cooperation before and great patience and professionalism.

We stayed here on a group holiday it was lovely the rooms were lovely clean and tidy the staff were friendly and the food is wonderful we love being able to go to the beach and sitting on a bed listening to the waves the pool with lovely as well the restaurants seem to work well even though it was self-service and the food was great the pizzas are amazing we love sitting listening to Marco he was playing the music and his keyboard while we had drinks in the evening definitely stay here again if I could only downside was it was in the middle of nowhere but very peaceful

We were very surprised when we had to pay for the entire stay at check-in.
There was a fee of 3 euros for the beach towels that were given to you. When you change the towels, you always have to pay another 3 euros!
First of all, you have to take into account that this resort is very remote and there are no shops or restaurants or cafes within walking distance outside the premises. This situation was not pointed out anywhere and the prices for taxis are absolutely ridiculous!
The hotel did list bus/taxi prices on a flyer at reception, but the information to guests that taxis must be booked through the hotel was completely missing! So we paid a whopping 45 euros for a taxi from Cefalu back to the hotel!!!! My complaint at reception was ignored!
Beach: Unfortunately extremely rocky and impossible to get into the sea without beach shoes. The pictures that are published do not correspond to reality. It's a shame that nothing is being done about it, just leveling the beach or removing stones. Of course, this is not mentioned anywhere, so BE CAREFUL!
The food was very negative!
Even if you only have moderate expectations, it should be possible to have a certain variety in the food over the course of a week. Unfortunately, the quality was inadequate.
The annoying fruit flies that populated the vegetable and fruit plates in particular were also a problem.
The breakfast buffet was also served carelessly. The coffee from the machine was an absolute no-go, even the staff admitted that it was inedible!!!
The hotel rooms are small, we had a deluxe room on the 3rd floor. The bathroom was also very small, the toilet very deep, the bed too small and too short!
In urgent need of an overhaul and renovation!
The most outstanding thing of all was the cleaning staff! THANK YOU for your great effort! You were great!!!

Un'oasi per un completo relax.
Ottime le stanze, ciascuna con una piccola veranda. Eccellente la pulizia degli ambienti, la professionalità e la gentilezza del personale.
Cibo discreto ma abbondate e vario.
Meravigliosa la piscina (unico difetto poco profonda), immersa nel verde.
Un posto veramente incantevole, dove rilassarsi e ritemprarsi dopo un anno di lavoro.
La struttura è stata progettata nel pieno rispetto della natura con moltissimi alberi ,fiori ed arbusti in ogni angolo; un prato verde conduce fino alla spiaggia. I'acqua del mare è molto calda, purtroppo è difficile entrare in acqua per la presenza di molti sassi sulla battigia.
Questo è il secondo anno che vi soggiorno e credo che ritornerò.
Consigliato per un ottimo riposo.
