Paved road with parking available. You can buy Food and beer. Tables and chairs provided. The beach is good for kids and those who cannot swim. We love being here. You can pay with dollars or Dominican pesos.

Beautiful beach with an unusual shape of the coast that allows an entry of sea water without waves, it looks like a natural pool. Ideal to share with family.

Eher enttäuschend. Vielleicht haben die Wolken da mit reingespielt, aber dennoch war es dreckig, die Schaukel am/im Wasser war kaputt, es gibt eine Toiletten und der ganze Strand war voller Algen. Das kleine Restaurant kocht aber wirklich leckeres Essen.

Splendido luogo, spiaggia con sabbia finissima e mare con alternanza di acqua calda e fredda, dovuta a delle sorgive sottomarine. Da altro canto poco curata, con accumulo di alghe (sargassi) sulla battigia, accumuli che non vengono rimossi e creano fastidiosi lezzi e difficolta a raggiungere l'acqua.

Belle plage sans touriste, le seul bémol la propreté du lieu il y a beaucoup de détritus ce qui est vraiment dommage car la beauté de cette plage est réellement incroyable.

First time I came here I was totally surprised, this bay is just incredible. The water has beautiful colors and the water is shallow, you can walk in around the bay inside the water! greta place to bring your kids

Saludos Juan F. En Playa Diamante lo único que puedes encontrar es la venta que está junto a la playa. Yo estuve allí con mi esposa y ella conoció la cocina y me hizo saber que es muy limpia. La comida tiene un precio asequible como en todo Cabrera. Si buscas en Internet, MasAllademiCalle podrás ver las fotos y la historia que escribí al respecto.

Has anyone been to Playa Diamante recently? Is there still a lot of sargassum (seaweed/algae) mucking it up?

I haven't been there for 3-4 months & have never seen it there in the past 6 years.
Go look if it's there just keep going east to La Boca beach.
That's always clean & the west end has a new restaurant. Also it's usually pretty secluded.

Has the beach been cleaned up from the brown alge that covered the beach and most of the bay earlier this year? We are returning to the area mid December. Is the same man still running the little bar/snack food?
