和三井花园酒店的其他店相比，这里感觉老旧一些，设施比较旧，另外离车站也有些远，这个酒店的周围人不是太多有点冷清。不过这个位置很适合在汐留附近游玩，所以综合起来，也是个可行的选择。

入房办理登记手续慢，饭店楼层格局采用深咖啡色系让人感觉暗暗的不舒服，房间不大格局小放2个大行李箱空间有限，泡汤区小以及梳妆台才提供2个座椅，另2个站立梳妆台，人满为患无法泡汤需要排队，感觉差。

We are very disappointed to learn about your unpleasant experiences during your recent stay. Please allow us to express our deepest regrets on how you felt and disappointed after you staying with us. We are disappointed to read about the issues you experienced with our hospitality. We take seriously responsible to improve what we have provided to you and train how to solve these issues as front desk staff service. Our hotel is located in the Italian street,the interior og the hotel is also unified with calm colors. As for the room size, unfortunately, Tokyo hotel rooms do tend to be smaller than those in the Western countries, so we can understand your feelings on this. We would be grateful if you could understand the room situation here. It is such a densely populated city, so we have designed most of our rooms a bit compact for function and convenience. We do hope that the rest of your stay was seamless and that you enjoyed your time in Tokyo. We are very sorry that our public bath failed to exceed your expectation. Our public large bath is so popular that it is very crowded depending on the time. However, we are more than happy to advise our guests about the time when a public bath is not so crowded. Please feel free to contact our front desk anytime if this information is needed. About the dressing table, we have addressed those issues with department heads concerned for rectification and further improvement in future. 住过的日本饭店也有大约20家了，很少给这么低的评价，也许是入住前心理的期望太高，结果入住后和期待差异过大，首先我觉得缺点的部分：
1、房内没有刷妆台，只给一面跟书本一样的隐藏镜子，女生只能站着化妆。
2、此行在日本停留一周，共入住4家饭店，每家饭店在订房均有依照规定选取入住人数2大1小（4岁儿童）费用也均依照订房网站规定，结果前面三家饭店（上野1家、越后汤泽2家）都有贴心提供小童拖鞋，甚至有提供小童盥洗包和衣物毛巾，只有这间号称4星的饭店什么也没有提供。
3、大浴场非常小而且通风不佳、烟雾弥漫，泡汤时都快闷死人了，没有备品也没有什清洁用品可选择，没有座位，写完出来吹头发也要站着，泡汤的大浴场内没有饮水机，设计也不佳，把鞋子和衣服通通所在一个柜子里，这不会觉得脏吗？
4、入住时前台人员一位男士要求我要在pad上输入个人名字、地址和资料，我们办理入住对话是用日文，服务人员也没有告知要用英文，所以我直觉就以汉字在pad上输入，输入完成后，才说全部共同要用英文，包含在台湾的地址也要用英文输入，这是找麻烦吗？
5、最后退房那天早餐用餐带位的服务人员一副表情不知道在高傲什么，用一种质疑的口吻问我儿子几岁，说超过4岁所以要加价，我问订房时已告知也都付费为何没有说明现场要收小童费用，他后来请一位男士来说规定是要收，我也不囉说马上签名付钱，以上种种原因，日后已经把该饭店列为拒绝户，也不推荐入住。

Please allow us to express our deepest regrets on how you felt and disappointed after you staying with us. There are three mirrors in the room, one small mirror and one mirroring the whole body, one in the bathroom. I hope you can use these. Although it was a children's amenity, it was very inconvenient as it was not prepared despite the request. If anything is missing, please contact the reception and the staff will take you to your room. We are very sorry that our public bath failed to exceed your expectation. Our public large bath is so popular that it is very crowded depending on the time. However, we are more than happy to advise our guests about the time when a public bath is not so crowded. Please feel free to contact our front desk anytime if this information is needed. We would like to receive your opinion on the equipment as valuable opinion and lead to improvments. We are disappointed to read about the issues you experienced with our hospitality. 这家酒店紧邻滨水良花园、东京塔和滨松町站的山手线。现代又舒适，但价格有点贵(特别是早餐价格)，建议你选择位于最高层的房间，在那里可以看到令人印象深刻的东京夜景。

Thank you very much for having stayed at Mitsui Garden Hotel Shiodome Italia-gai and having your time to write precious comment. As you said, the hotels is conveniently located to Hamamatsucho Station of JR Yamanote Line and Tokyo Monorail by 8 min walk. In addition to this, our hotel is located in very central area so that is location is convenient for not only business but also sightseeing. Additionally, you can see Tokyo tower from your room if you choose Superior twin room with Tokyo tower view. We recommend you this room on anniversary or birthday. I apologize for late reply.
Have you already reached our hotel?
You can come to Hamamatsucho station for 30minutes, which is one of the nearest station of our hotel, from Haneda airport directly with Tokyo monorail. The price is around 490yen., and it takes for 7, 8 minutes from Hamamatsucho station by walk. The monorail does not work 24hours, and the latest time from airport is 23:59.
If you use Taxi, it takes around 30minutes and costs 6000yen.
If you arrive at our hotel, I apologize that we did not notice your message and reply late.
