We feel sorry that it was not up to your expectations as everything we do is aimed at providing our guests with an excellent hotel experience. Even when closed, our shop can be open at any time when asking the front desk and you should have been able to buy anything you wanted from it. We are sincerely sorry about that. 工作人员很友好。虽然我法语不太流利但也不影响沟通。房间很棒，泳池，餐厅和其他设施都很不错。玻璃海底观光船和浮潜项目也都很好。缺点：饮料价格太贵，没法在前台租车。

设施可以。对新喀里多尼亚进行了大力投资。泳池漂亮。服务差，尤其是在高尔夫俱乐部。Deva区域好极了：可以观鸟，徒步等。。。SPA也可以，按摩很好。泻湖确实漂亮。

在四个多月前，我们被多收了6000太平洋结算法郎（大概$80）。尽管希尔顿经理口头和在邮件里都再三保证会返还给我们，但是我们始终没有收到钱。我们多次尝试给经理打电话，但是对方的回答总是“他现在没空，但是他会回电的”。对于付费客户这服务态度多么糟糕啊。

Should you wish to book your transfers with a shuttle bus, please contact us directly.
As mentioned by Neil M, renting a car is a great option to consider as well. The drive from the airport is simple and smooth.
If you do not wish to drive rom/to the airport, we also offer cars for hire from the resort to wander around.
We hope to welcome you soon!
Hello ! Yes we offer gluten-free options for our breakfast buffets, you just need to inform the staff at least 24 hours in advance.
For the evening buffets, you will find your happiness among our large selection of gluten-free dishes.
