入住前看網路PO照片與實際入住後落差甚鉅，環境清潔有待加強，設備老舊不堪，早餐餐具有整排螞蟻橫行，座位蚊子亂飛，早餐難以下嚥，隨意吃兩口離席，發現已被盯好幾個包。

Stayed here for 10 nights as I was attending a conference and thereafter sightseeing in Taichung. Location wise is not too bad. A 7-11 just down the street and self service laundry about 5 minutes walk away. Easy access to food stalls and many choices. Too many mainland China tourist, on average at least 2 bus loads of tour groups daily during the 10 days we were there. It was national holiday season in China hence the congestion. Air condition in rooms are sometimes ok, sometimes not and takes a long time to cool down the room. Room keys had to be passed back to front desk daily because if not, there will be no housekeeping. Front desk staffs are helpful but overall maintainence could do with some improvements. If you'd like to avoid the huge group during breakfast, you might want to head down to the restaurant after 8am. Anything before that, you might have difficulty looking for empty seats. Front desk staff were kind enough to inform us ahead though. Overall eperience could have been better.

Worst hotel ever!!!!!! Please do not stay at this hotel. What they advertise in the pictures is not what they give you. First night stay I got eaten alive by misquotes. The second night it was so hot in the room, I had to take my partner to the doctor because of a heat rash even though we paid for an 'air conditioned room'.When I asked to change to a room with a working air conditioner they gave us the same room just on a different floor with the same problems. When I talked to the manger about the issue of the room hey refused to recolacte my partner and I to a room with a working air conditioner. He said that this is what we paid for. We asked for some money back because we are not happy with the room and they can do nothing for us to compensate and he refused and claimed it was not their problem because we had already paid. I have never had such poor customer service from someone claiming to be a manager in my life. When I asked him for his name so that I could make a complaint he refused to give it to me and waved me away like a child. Very upset, never going back. No wonder they ask for the full payment upfront.

This hotel was located in the northern part of Taichung City near KFC at Wenshin Road, mainly catered for the local tourists. Not a new one but the rooms were newly renovated. Beddings were clean and tidy. For family room they even have a small sitting room. We stayed here for 1 night and purchased a Yamay Amusement Park package, which included, inter alia, one night of hotel accommodation including basic breakfast, transportation by hotel shuttle (a 7 seater) to and from Yamay Amusement Park inclusive of entrance tickets (north of Taichung, about 45 minutes' drive), one set of late night supper for every hotel guest (menu included typical Taiwanese cuisine such as one big bowl of fine noodles,or 10 pieces of dumplings in soup etc). Free-of-charge shuttle to Feng Jia Night bazzar and the department stores.
We were particularly impressed by their customer focused service. E-mails were answered promptly and with necessary information, every member of the hotel, from receptionist to concierge to chef, seems eager to serve you. If they have more family packages to offer, we would be happy to stay here again.
