A lot of people have said that this hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Not true. If you turn right and right again out of the hotel, there are shops a restaurants everywhere. If you want a beer, walk to the same area and catch the 307 bus to Taipei main station or Fuxing. There are a couple of cool bars near Fuxing station. (pronounced Fooshing to avoid offending Taxi drivers like I did). The Brass Monkey and a Hooters. As for my stay at the hotel, it was just what I wanted. The check in was easy and the room was clean and cosy. If you are a wifi person, you will not be disappointed. Probably the best wifi that I have had in any hotel. Breakfast is very good. There is a man named Tom who is the person to see if you have any problems. He speaks great English and is super friendly. Great value for money too. Enjoy.
