Estuve tres noches en el hotel, comenzaré con lo bueno es un sitio súper céntrico cerca a todos los puntos de interés, el desayuno es bueno, ahora lo negativo: el servicio de limpieza no lo hicieron en dos días, a pesar de que coloque la observación en recepción, la atención del personal es muy eficiente hacen las cosas por hacerlas con pereza, no volvería a este hot l ya que los mas importante par mi es la atención hacia el cliente
The rooms at Dinasty Hotel were clean and comfortable, and its location was perfect for accessing main attractions. Carla, Maria, and Brendalis were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The rooftop bar was a fantastic bonus, providing a relaxing atmosphere and great views. The food was delicious, and the setting was perfect with a lovely breeze. Overall, a wonderful stay!
Este hotel esta muy bien ubicado, muy cerca del centro donde esta la calle rosada, la calle de las sombrillas, la calle de las cometas, puedes ir caminando hasta la fortaleza de San Felipe, encuentras muchas cosas cerca, sin embargo, supermercados o tiendas cerca después de las 7 pm no encuentras abierto.
Nos quedamos 3 noches, las habitaciones son lindas y cálidas, las camas son cómodas, sin embargo, amenities solo te dejan jabón y solo nos hicieron aseo una vez.
El servicio de desayuno podría variar un poco para que no sea como lo mismo todos los días. Pero en general la comida es rica. El restaurante se encuentra ubicado en el 5°, es una terraza espectacular, tiene una vista genial y funciona también como gastro bar.
El servicio del personal podría mejorar un poco, que el personal te sonría y te salude haría más cálida la estadía.
This hotel is located in the Centro Historico area Puerto Plata. It is walking distance from Parque Central and all the other areas of interest in the Centro Historico area. The hotel is small and very clean. The staff speaks limited English but they are very helpful. I love the rooftop bar, which offers food and a beautiful view.
It was great and so up-to-date. Even the menu for the rooftop restaurant is not printed - but accessible on phone by using QR Code which is at every table and in every room. Unfortunately, in Spanish only - they do need an English translation! The rooftop restaurant has a good selection and a bar with a wide selection of drink including premium brands. The restaurant has extended hours from early to very late at night and offers room service.
The room was spacious and had everything I needed. Lighting was excellent - far better than most places. Nice work area for a laptop. The fridge was handy and very cold. The bathroom was really good and one of the best showers I've seen in many travels. Everything was squeaky clean.
I speak a little Spanish and that helped me get by - along with Google Translate on my phone. The only downside for me was the lack of elevator. My room was 2nd floor, but it seemed like they had extra steps to get there :-) Then the restaurant was another set of steps up to the roof. For an old man the steps were no blessing - for someone a bit younger they shouldn't even be an afterthought.
Excellent location with most things in easy walking distance.
