這家酒店挺漂亮的，員工檢查很可怕！食物很棒，飲料就沒這麼好。我是和我的家人一起去的，他們把我和我的朋友安排在酒店的這邊，把我父母和哥哥嫂子安排在另一邊，但我是一起訂的……房間還挺乾淨的，沒什麼好抱怨的。如果你只是想要找一個食物好吃的乾淨酒店，只想去沙灘閑逛，那麼這個地方還挺好的。在這個度假酒店之外沒有任何好玩的！

地獄般的假期。我在四月初的時候預訂好了這趟行程。我提前打電話確認好了我們的預訂信息，還收到了確認信息。可是當我們5月21日周四到達酒店時候，卻被告知所有的房間都被超額訂出了。我們也不願意接受另外付費昇級房間。前台的Carlos脾氣非常不好。把房卡扔到我的臉上(兩次)，還叫保安！儘管我再三要求，他仍拒絕聯繫Elizer經理處理這件事。安排給我們的房間讓人不能接受，要在我們原本預定價格上加價昇級房間。我們感到非常失望，基於這次體驗，我們再也不想來多米尼共和國了，那兒原本是我們經常旅遊的地方。

Concerning the room request we would like to inform you that due to the nature of our business all room requests highly depend on availability upon check-in. Furthermore, it is important to highlight that we always do our utmost to accommodate all our guests and to provide them with the best possible experience in our hotel. Indeed, we consider the satisfaction of our clients our primary goal and that is why your opinion is essential to the continuous improvement and maintenance of the quality of our service. 這地方一點都不值得來——住宿太爛了！光入住就花了超過二十分鐘。員工一點也不熱情，不願幫助客人。小平房需要重新裝修！傍晚五六點之前想要乾淨的毛巾永遠不可能。食物超級爛！除了最主要的那個餐廳，其他都需要預約。我們在這裏待了三天。當我們入住的時候，我們想要換到其他房間，但是這三天里旅館都沒有空房間。沙灘不幹凈，人特別多。整天音樂都很嘈雜，那些表演者超級煩人，一直想要勸我們去玩那些很不好玩的項目！Wifi只有在大廳才能連上，但是效果超爛，要是想在其他地方能連上wifi就得付$60。

我們四姐妹去年10月去多米尼加玩兒，我們之前從沒有去過，但是以後肯定會再去的。海灘就在那裡，距離酒店只有15英尺遠。酒店的員工都非常棒，風趣，樂於助人，海灘上賣新鮮椰子的那位女士人也很好。我們每天都買椰子，如果你從沒嘗過椰子，一定要試試，喝掉椰汁之後，可以把椰子切成兩半，裏面的果肉會給你驚喜的。Viva酒店裡的餐食也很好吃，和古巴的食品很不一樣。房間也都超級棒！每晚的免費演出也都很好，這裏的娛樂活動都是世界級的。我們肯定還會再來這裏的。
