Dear Guest, Our apologies for your unacceptable experience. Please be assured, our new pest control company has extended certain measures in terms of pest control treatment. If a particular room is treated, the room will remain off market ( not for sale to the public ) for a minimum of two weeks, then additional treatments will be implemented. The treated room will not be open for sale until the pest control company has deem the room with no activity. Our standards have increased through this new pest control company and this will continue. Please consider we simply cannot control the pest challenges, however we have and will continue to ensure all reasonable efforts are implemented by detailed treatment and additional treatments to ensure this pest challenge has been eliminated. Again, our apologies for your disappointment but please be assured, our new pest control company has been achieving solid results in eliminating the pest challenges. Thank you.
