My sincerest apologies for the inconvenience due to the elevator incident. Unfortunately the front desk agent was the only person on duty at that time and due to security reasons, staff is not allowed to leave the front desk unattended. As a result, we were not able to assist you with your luggage. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience that may have caused you. As for our breakfast selection, it is selected by Days Inn Canada. The selection is per brand standard.
