来伦敦住了一个晚上，就在圣潘克拉斯车站步行五六分钟的位置，酒店设施够的上欧洲五星酒店标准，服务人员态度友善，喜欢大堂的气氛，就是床有点小。

订房时要求相连房间，不但没有安排，连安排相近的房也没有，每天执房清洁，需要向酒店提出特别要求才有，但在check-in时没有提及，另外疫情那么严重，但执房清洁的员工没有戴口罩

Dear chanlinlin2020, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback following your recent stay with us. I am sorry that the booking process was not seamless. If you would like to contact me directly I would be more than happy to investigate this so we can prevent any future occurrence. I am very surprised to know that some of our cleaning staff was at some point not wearing masks. Please know that this is of the utmost importance to us, and further training and reminders will be provided to the teams immediately. I am also sorry for the miscommunication regarding the fact that, following AllSafe guidelines, rooms are only serviced upon request. Thank you again for taking the time to share your thoughts with us. We would be very pleased to welcome you back to make sure we can provide you with the usual experience our guests are so fond of, and regain your entire trust! 选择这家酒店最主要的原因，是地理位置非常理常，就在王十字站附近，到哪里都方便。酒店的房间比想像中大，装潢也很不错。最令人惊喜的是早餐，款式甚多，味道非常不错，下次会再来的。

酒店位于Euston和King's Cross/St. Pancras之间的优越位置，两个站也是多条地铁线的交汇，去哪里都很方便。我们住在很宽敞的Deluxe Room，打开两个大行李箱之后还有很多地方走动。健身房很好，配有桑拿房，设施也很齐备；早餐虽然每天都一样，但还是很美味的。

I don’t know if there is an available, there is a laundry service and I think that ironing was available as part of it. The laundry service is available as straight laundry or dry cleaning.
