地理位置优越。酒店不错，可以看到塔楼的美景。里里外外很多酒吧。酒店很干净，工作人员很热情，效率很高。靠近许多标志性地点，非常适合泰晤士河上的乘船旅行。

房间里的热水和电话都不能使用。接待处的其中一位女士很粗鲁，很敷衍地回复别人请求修理的意见。这家旅馆唯一的优点就是它的位置和风景。这钱花的真不值得。

很多年前，我在附近的办公室工作。当时，我住过这家酒店。那时，这是我第一次去伦敦。所以这一次，住在这里对我来说是怀旧的。办入住手续很快。房间干净舒适。但是酒店老旧了，需要翻新。因为碍著/看到河畔新的酒店开的越来越多。早餐好。礼宾服务真的很有帮助。我喜欢这里的事实是：我可以步行到附近的景点，每天都能看到塔桥。

Hi Some family rooms have a bridge views. If you book directly with the hotel and mention that you have spoken to Richard O'Riordan the General Manager we will guarantee a bridge view room.
