居然有這樣的酒店，客人什麼都要自己做，酒店的價格還特別貴。 房間里沒有信號; 工作人員特別無聊、傲慢，對客人很不友好，無聊，傲慢和不友好的房間里既悶熱又不幹凈（15：00準備入住時還沒收拾好）早餐特別貴，還很不好吃。不建議住這裏。

Hello scarelt_london, Thank you for your review. Firstly, I'm sorry to hear your expectations were not met during your stay. It comes as a surprise that you did not find the staff friendly. I know how hard the team works and they provide a great service which is constantly recognised by our guests as we receive many positive reviews. In regards to the check-in, rooms are ready from 3:00pm onwards. However, this does guarantee immediate check-in at 3:00pm as our housekeeping team can be extremely busy. We offer a tasty brekkie for just £9 which is optional to buy. And it is a buffet so you can eat as much as you like. Thank you for staying with us, all the best. Winnie

酒店位置非常優越，只有很短的步行距離就到利物浦站和地下的Shoreditch。早餐物超所值。我們住在一個沒有窗戶的房間里。很小，但對於只住很短的3天來說還可以。

We're happy you find our location convenient for you, there are a lot of interesting places in the area where to spend the evening as well. Our hotel offers compact rooms, with or without windows, with all the essentials you need, so you have a good night sleep in the middle of the action. 酒店非常乾淨，現代化。提供美味的早餐，工作人員很友好。 唯一不足的是酒店內或周圍沒有停車位，直到我們到了酒店才意識到這一點。附近的付費停車場很貴，我想可能這裡是倫敦的緣故吧。

We are delighted you found Point A Hotel to be a good place in the city and especially enjoyed our concept and our delicious continental breakfast, as well as the service from our team members you encountered throughout your time here. Considering how centrally located we are, can be quite expensive the parking as you mentioned, that's why we always recommend travelling by public transports as it can just be easier than other options. 我出差的時候在這裏住了一晚。自從我12月上一次在這裏住過之後，酒店已經有所改善——接待區和早餐區都已煥然一新，分配給我的房間（411號）沒有了惱人的空調設備，因為它之前會隨時開關，讓我睡不好覺。預計我7月還會再來，我在這裏住得舒適，我會為了這裏的舒適、友好的員工和理想的地理位置再次預訂這裏，從這裏步行5分鐘就能到達利物浦街站。

很棒的酒店，距離利物浦街站僅5分鐘步行路程。非常乾淨，友好的酒店，物超所值。雖然早餐是傳統的英式熟食早餐，但仍然喜歡它的選擇或穀物、麵包卷、糕點、水果、酸奶等。還注意到早餐袋適合外出旅行的人，很棒的主意，所以你可以帶上你的早餐。
