My husband and I travelled to UK from China. We arrived early than the check-in in time with two big luggages. Arif in the reception desk was so nice and offered us a room. The hotel locates in the city's center. Good experience in this hotel.

我很喜欢这家酒店的地理位置，很适合我们，离橄榄球场和格雷斯街码头很近。酒店的房间很好，电视很大，还有咖啡机，尽管有很多的聚会，但是我们房间里没有噪音。但是我还是不是特别推荐这家酒店，因为他们的淋浴间设计的不是很好，门是弯曲的，关不上。我们和前台反应了，他们已经知道了，说会更换的。所以你预定的时候最好能了解这一点有没有改善。

Dear Helen Thank you for your review and I am pleased that in general you enjoyed the stay and our location With regards to the bathroom doors and showers, works were started on Monday 23rd September to alter the shower panel and replace the bathroom doors in all of our 265 bedrooms. This was a defect found in the design and build from opening which is being rectified. Unfortunately, there was a long lead in time for the parts and doors due to the volume required and their specialist style. But the works will be completed shortly. 决定和几位朋友一起去纽卡斯尔欢度周末，然后入住了这家酒店。酒店就在市中心，靠近各大设施。房间和图片上显示的一模一样，强烈推荐这里。当我想找个地方享用晚餐时，酒店员工Raha真得很乐于助人，向我推荐了好几个地方。我将来肯定还会入住这里。期待不久后再度在此住宿。

酒店位于市中心，离火车站只有几分钟的路程，紧邻比格市场和纽卡斯尔市中心。房间很干净，有足够的空间可以让两个人舒适地活动。然而，几个月前，我们确实通过电子邮件申请了一间有两张单人床的双人房，但被拒绝了，我们最后得到了一间双人大床房，当时酒店非常繁忙，还有一些妇女旅行团体。我们没有受到太多的噪音干扰，睡得很好。早餐很好，是自助服务，全英文的菜单，有谷物和无麸质食物可选择。小贴士:在电梯里需要扫描房卡，才能按下你要到达的楼层。

Yes the window in my room did open but not fully, enough to let fresh air in only, I think this is health and safety rules.
I was a visitor but for breakfast there was a dedicated gluten free area with additional items alongside other food and drink. I’m particularly interested in noting this in places as my husband is GF.
