A contemporary styled hotel which is ideal for the theatre and restaurants. Rooms are very spacious and great comfortable king sized bed. The rooftop bar was a bit slow and we waited over 20 minutes to be served which was not acceptable especially for residents of the hotel. Tables were not cleared from provisos customers and after complaining to the manager it was sorted out and were offered a complementary drink. The restaurant however was a completely different experience from the beginning to the end service was fantastic and the food absolutely delicious. Imran our waiter was a pleasure to speak to and probably the finest we have ever had serving our wine and food. We will definitely return to the hotel again and thank you to Imran for excellent service.

Hotel experience was great but disappointed with breakfast. We were unable to have it sent to the room despite offering room service with hot food. Also the breakfast was non refundable despite not ordering anything. Seems strange that these two options were not available at such a modern hotel

Last evening we had a lovely meal in a relaxing atmosphere. Drinks at the welcoming bar! Good all round menu, meals were well presented, balanced, hot. We were served by Imran who was attentive, kind and very helpful.

I‘ve stayed in this hotel during a business meeting. We had a team dinner on the 14th floor in a private area. The food was ok, but the service was excellent. Veronica, the waitress in charge to look after our table of 25 with her 2-3 colleagues, blew me away. She was attentive, super positive, calm and very professional. To name two examples: 1. I have an unusually spelt name which she had to call out in order to serve me my plates and normally people slaughter it, but she asked one of my colleagues how to pronounce it, so she wouldn’t offend me and then pronounced it just perfectly 2. she picked up on two of us not enjoying our food, proactively asked, apologised and offered alternatives. At no point did she come across overwhelmed or stressed which given her presumably young age impressed me a lot. Well done for having such a gem in your team - make sure to keep her!…

Absolutely amazing hotel. Love everything about it. Rooms and breakfast are fab, staff attentive. White company products in bathrooms an unexpected bonus ☺ views from the restaurant and rooms are exceptional. Had the best stay here early December and went back between Xmas and New year.
